Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat features a surfside balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs, DVD, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Well worth the price.

The kitchen was very small but well equipped. Only item missing was a hand mixer. Spacious living room and master bedroom/bath. Second bedroom was adequate but shower stall very small and shower nozzle needs replaced. Great view from balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The best thing this place had going for it was the ocean view and the location. The place really needs a good deep clean and carpet/furniture replaced. Capet was stained and dirty as well as the furniture. Light switches were grimy along with remotes. Had to be careful in shower not to cut your foot because the drain cover was broken. It was a cute place and had plenty of ammenities.

Convenient, love the beach playgrounds, condo needs updates

Our stay at Sea Colony was overall very nice; the location was convenient and our grandkids love the beach playgounds. The bathrooms could use an update. The kitchen appliances - coffee pot, toaster were not very clean when we checked in, Vacasa sent someone to clean them but neglected to inform us that someone would be coming. Since the time was not convenient we did the cleaning ourselves. Kitchen pans need replacing as they are old and many appear rusted; not a big deal if you don't have to cook in, but with 2 kids under 5 we did cook all 3 nites.

Dirty and in need of repair

This unit needs updating, the water doesn’t stay hot, the shower drain backs up with water, the beds squeak with every movement. The only nice things in the apartment was the living room furniturex dining table, and the master bedroom dressers. There’s no way to darken the living room because half the blackout curtains are gone completely, so there’s no sleeping in late because the entire apartment is drenched in sunlight by 6am, even with the bedroom doors closed. I could go on, but you get the drift. It was an awful week and we left a day early so we could wake up in our own beds and take nice hot showers.

Very Noise Pipes Kept Us Up

The unit was nice, the kitchen was well stocked but when we arrived the sliders and mirrors had been cleaned with a dirty rag and were filthy. We could live with that but not with the very loud water pipes. When anyone in the building ran the water it sounded like a loud whistling tea kettle went off in both bedrooms. It would start at 6am and go on and off throughout the day so we couldn't even take a nap to try to catch on sleep lost to the early morning wake up. And this was on our long awaited vacation. We reported this to the office in person and asked that someone also come to fix the loose headboard in the second bedroom that would bang against the wall. Someone came to fix the bed and could hear the pipe noise we described but there was not a word of follow up about when and if that would be fixed. I was stunned that no one checked back in to see if everything was satisfactory. Spending a very significant sum for a week at the beach shouldn't result in a funky, low rent experience. Also the perforated metal drain in the tub has edges sharp enough to cut skin and when in rained, water leaked into the living room through the slider. Most of these issues we'd over look but the noise was completely unacceptable. Not getting enough sleep is bad enough in real life - that's why we take vacations. I will use all websites available to steer people away from this property.. Someone was supposed to follow up with the noise issue after our second complaint but they didn't bother. I guess you're assuming we'd go home and forget about it but we haven't.

STAY AWAY!! Filthy and full of carpet beetles

I would never recommend this condo. The "cleaning" was superficial. The condo is filthy. The layer of dirt and grime can not be seen from the marketing photos. The sheets and towels were washed in what seemed like bleach or some harsh chemical that made my skin itchy and irritated. The carpet was crawling with carpet beetles and had never been cleaned. I'm not even sure it has ever been properly vacuumed with all the visible dirt/sand/hair at eye level that can be seen. The local team at Vacasa still has not reached after I sent my complaint in the night we arrived. I've been home now for 4 days.

Loved Sea Colony, this unit was ok

Sea Colony was the absolute best place to vacation with young children. The beach and the pools were steps away, many restaurants were very close, and the boardwalk was a 10 minute walk. You truly don't need to get back in your car once you arrive. This particular unit was nice and had a great view (especially for the fireworks on 4th of July), but was very outdated. Kitchen and bathrooms are in dire need of an update. Also, the carpet was worn. We will be going back to Sea Colony for many years to come, but will be staying in a different unit.

Beautiful Place

Condo was beautiful. View is great. The place was clean and in great condition. Only complaint with the actual place was the master bath had no mat and the shower was super slippery. My 3 year old took a spill. But we bought some shower treads to help. Otherwise place was great! I was disappointed in check in time being 4 which I think is late and we still couldn't get in at 4 because it wasn't clean yet.

Great place!

This is the second year staying in this unit and I would stay again. Great views of the town of Bethany as well as the beach. Everyone has their option on which side of Sea Colony to stay, we like Annapolis because it’s very accessible to restaurants and a shorter walk into town. Thanks for the memories!!

Very clean, nicely decorated. This was our second stay at Sea Colony and our first with an ocean view. Our stay was wonderful with great weather snd a better neighbor that gave us some helpful suggestions, they are also residents that have owned their unit since 1989

The condo was really nice. It was spacious and decorated nicely. It was on the 5th floor and had great ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and the balcony. I would definitely stay there again.

The Condo was great, but Vacasa is HORRIBLE!

The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed, but had an odor when we checked in. We opened the windows and balcony door and the smell went away. The next day, though when we came up from the beach, the odor was back and stronger than before, even with the windows open. We called the Vacasa office and reported the smell, and asked that someone be sent up to determine why, and get rid of it. When we got no response we called again - and were told that someone called in response, and got no answer. When we indicated that no one called my cell phone, and there was no missed call or message left - we were told that the 'person who called' determined that it was not an emergency and could be dealt with on Saturday. The Vacasa representative on our second call indicated that Vacasa would again reach out to someone on-site, to come and do something about the smell. We again waited, with no response. We called a third time on Friday evening and I spoke to a gentleman named Jordan at the call center - who read the notes, and asked me to hold the line while he contacted the on-duty property manager. Approximately 15 minutes later, he came back on the line to let me know that he had to leave a message, and had waited for a return call, and was still waiting. As it was well after 9:30 pm he indicated he would continue to follow-up. We did not hear from anybody on Friday night. We further never heard from anybody on Saturday - and no one ever came to the unit to check the issue or give us any relief. I sent a message to Vacasa after our rental for an explanation, and they have not gotten back to me since. It is clear that Vacasa's management does not care about the renter's, and since they never checked the unit (at least while we were there), that they did not care whether there was a problem that may have damaged the unit. As a long time summer renter at Sea Colony, it is clear that Vacasa does not meet the standard of the community or the prior management companies.

Home at the beach

Annapolis 506 is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The WiFi and TVs worked well. The beds are comfortable. The unit is very clean and well maintained. Everything worked and nothing was loose or broken. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and to Garfield Parkway in about 15.
