Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this coastal condominium also offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more! Accessible without stairs.  2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. The primary bedroom is on the west side of the building. Bedroom 2 is oceanfront.

Great place!

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the water. Check in was easy, unit had upgraded appliances with keyless entry. Beds we’re comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot

We LOVED our stay! Perfect location-close to everything you’d want. Condo was beautiful and decorated really lovely. Master bedroom mattress was pretty uncomfortable and overall general cleanliness wasn’t great but nothing that majorly impacted our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice vaca

Really loved the view and the large balcony! The Bethany fireworks could be seen very well from there. The apartment was well appointed and attractive. The only drawbacks were the very creaky bed in the beachside bedroom and the mold in that very small bathrooms shower. The very nice appliances were appreciated. We had a very good stay there otherwise.

I love this condo. This is my third time staying in it. The view cannot be beat. The furnishings are nice, a lovely kitchen, but a few things need attention. The showers leak (one dripped all night) and the primary bathroom needs some touch-ups. A towel rack of some sort is needed in the powder room and the beds need mattress pads and more sheets/updated bedding. It’s such a fabulous unit, the owners just need to put a little into upkeep.

Edge water condo

The view from this condo is spectacular!! The location is also wonderful, east to get to the beach, pool and exercise facility. The kitchen and laundry facilities are excellent. Having an extra half bath was handy. The bedding and mattress in both bedrooms could use some attention. The living room furniture was adequate. We had beautiful weather all week, hope to be back next year.

Beach trip

The layout of the condo was very nice, however the water had not been turned on to the sink, dishwasher, and toilet. Bathtub was dirty. Water leaked into the condo from unit above, so we had big fans and dehumidifier running for a few days.

Book it!

The property was just as it was described in the listing. Went in the off season and it was a great place. The second queen bed is a pull out couch but we did not need to use it. Check in was easy as we arrived after hours. All of the information was in the packet. Great view of the ocean. We were able to see dolphin swimming every morning. Construction was going on but was not a distraction. Loved listening to the ocean as we fell asleep. We have stayed at many condos in other locations, but this one had a more relaxing and inviting feel. All the necessary amenities. Would recommend this property and Vacassa. Thanks for great vacation.

My second time here! I would come back!

I like the layout of the condo. Has a clean look. The view is terrific from the 11th floor. The kitchen has most of the what you need. The management was very responsive to a slow drain that needed cleaning out in the bathroom. Things that need improvement would be at least one comfortable reading chair with a good lamp! One bare bulb lamp in the living room isn't enough. The outdoor lounge chairs are rusty with the salt air and age. Having to move them with the recent storm caused a nasty cut on the leg and a rusty mess on the wood floor.

Best view of Bethany Beach

My husband and I stayed this past week in this lovely condominium. The location could not have been more central to the indoor amenities of sea colony. And the view of the beach was breathtaking. The condo was beautifully appointed and I must admit I’m pretty picky. I wanted to bring the sofa home with me! We slept in the queen bedroom as the only downside of the condo is that the king mattress was quite soft and lumpy. Is it a dealbreaker? No I don’t believe so. The communication with Vacassa before we arrived, and upon arrival was seamless. They were very responsive to any questions that we may have had. We encountered no issues with the condo while we were there. Everything was simply perfect! I would not hesitate staying at this condo in the future!

Complex great/ condo not

Sea Colony was very nice and the amenities were good. Our condo- was not very clean- we had to clean the kitchen- there was black mold?? in the air conditioner vents and inthe ceiling which we ended up cleaning. Had to have maintenance out twice for bathroom problems- clogged tub ,broken shower knob and leaking toilet. Carpet was dirty and overall cleanliness poor. This condo needs serious deep cleaning and updates or repairs in the bathrooms!! We would return to SeaColony but never to this unit

First time Sea Colony at Bethany Beach

Sea Colony is a very large resort with multiple high-rise buildings and the check in process is not very clear. We had to check in at the Vacasa Office which was across several very busy roads in a shopping plaza before we could get into the unit. Our particular unit had had a water leak and the clean up equipment (fans and humidifiers) were still set up and running when we arrived. The water had also been shut off. We called Vacasa (the property management) andf they sent someone to turn the wter back on but the equipment was left where it was during our two night stay. We were unable to use 2/3 bathrooms and the shower could not be used in third bathroom. The property was very beautiful and the view was great but we weren't really able to enjoy the property as it was at check in.

Great space, end of the week snafu

This place is clean and spacious. The balcony offers beautiful views of the ocean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and furniture was clean and comfortable. Beach gear left much to be desired- there were only three very cheap beach chairs for a place that slept 6 and one very cheap beach umbrella. No beach towels were provided and the bath towels left lint all over when used after showers. We were forced to leave a day early because of a leak that started from the floor above on our last afternoon. We immediately reported this to the rental office and they were very good about following up, but not at all good about following up on our privacy as a maintenance person entered our space while I was home alone in the shower (the rental office asked if they could come to check out the problem, but assured me they would call before entering. They did not call before entering). They proceeded to set up huge equipment in the main space to mitigate the leak which was so loud that it made the place uninhabitable. We left that evening since it was clear that we couldn't hear each other or sleep with the noise. We reached out to the rental office repeatedly about getting a refund for the last night but the rental office has just replied that someone would reach out. It's been 11 days and no one has reached out. We would not recommend this rental service to anyone. Too bad that this soured what would have been a lovely week in Bethany Beach.
