Bayfront penthouse in the Residences at Lighthouse Cove Condominiums located in the heart of Dewey. One block to the ocean and steps away from a beautiful bay beach. This is the premier property in Dewey, with firepits and outdoor grilling stations. Enjoy the outdoor pool. Three bedrooms two with a king bed and the third a queen. There is a pull out couch for the extra quests. Amenities that include the indoor saltwater pool and fitness room.

Great beach vacation!

The condo had a great layout for our family. It's in a great location for the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive in getting an earlier check-in and to our questions. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent location. We went off season and it was very cold so we were not able to use the deck or spend much time outside. Parking was tandem parking spots that seemed tight, if the lot was full it might be difficult.

This property was clean and comfortable, a great place for our family. The bay sunsets were fantastic. For us the location was perfect. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The property owner was easily accessible and gave great directions.

Perfect place & property for family vacation!!

Everything about this place was great. Location wise it really can't be beat - beach, bay, & two pools on property made it perfect for our family vacation with two young kids (5 & 1). The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained, & fully stocked with everything you could need. We'll certainly be back!

We absolutely loved this condo in Dewey! Robin’s instructions were precise and every detail/direction regarding the rental was made easy! The condo was so very clean and well maintained and at a perfect spot right on the bay near the beach and all the great restaurants. Thank you - the memories we made in this long weekend will last a lifetime!

This property was perfect for a group of 6 women. The condo was beautiful and super clean. Property manager was extremely responsive to questions. Condo was fully loaded with everything we needed for the trip. Location in Dewey Beach is great. Highly recommend!

Girl’s Mini Vacation

The place is beautiful. Very comfortable and a wonderful view of the bayside. Very easy to park and unload are bags. We enjoyed the location and the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Not the owners fault but they were sanding the concrete right in front of our deck so couldn’t keep door open or sit outside. We ended up going to the Oceanside. This is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend.

We had the best stay in Dewey. The condo was so well maintained and beautifully decorated. As soon as we arrived we felt comfortable and at home in the space. We all slept great because the beds, linens, and pillows provided were all so comfortable. I loved that the bathroom towels came included. There was also plenty of soap, paper towels, dish washer pods and laundry detergent to start your stay. The best part was the location. We could walk to everything with the best restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream places located near by. We would 100% rent this condo again in the future.

Great stay!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Hyatt. Very convenient to just go upstairs and relax before the reception. Owners were very accommodating and great. Answered right away. Very spacious condo. Our family was definitely impressed. Lol
