Would recommend to adults with children only. Lots of action at the splash pad. Owner needs to update couch and chairs. Very dirty. I had to cover with a blanket.

The condo is in a good location with restaurants nearby. Right on the beach with a balcony. It could use some updating though. The living room furniture was old, worn, and stained in some spots. I didn’t even sit on it because wasn’t sure how clean it actually was. The countertop in the bathroom was very low making it difficult/uncomfortable for someone tall (I’m only 5’1” and it was actually too low for me. Was entirely too low for my 6’1” husband.) The parking pass costs 55 (that amount was not given in the listing details but was discovered after check out). The kitchen/dining area was decent.

Horrible smelled like a nasty old man had wallerd on it for weeks

The laundry door fell off the track snd hit my partner bruised up her arm. I tooked a picture. Try calling maintenance for hours to no availe. I've never stayed in a condo in all my vacations as nasty as this one..

EXCELLENT CONDO

We couldn't have been more happy with this condo. The view was fantastic, Plenty of space with large rooms and great layout, Beach theme decor, close to shopping and places to eat. It had a full kitchen, dinning nook, washer and dryer, and large living and bedroom. We will definitely stay here again. The gulf is right there, indoor and outdoor pools with hot tub and a great water feature area for kids. It made the stay perfect : )

Best place to stay!!

The condo was perfect for our family! Everything was perfect! Easy check in, easy check out! everything was clean, the views from the huge balcony was fantastic & the resort itself was perfect for our toddler! Communication was excellent and all my questions were answered by the host prior to our stay! We will definitely being staying here every year!

Condo with a VIEW

The condo was nice. The view was spectacular! You could leave the patio door open and hear the surf all day & night. Instructions were clear. Condo was clean. The elevators could be a major headache. One of the four was not working when we departed which caused a lot of delays. The pool was nice. The parking is NOT included in the fees/total you pay and it is NOT addressed until after you have paid. There are NO CHAIRS or UMBRELLAS without another fee and you don't know that until you get there. It is NOT addressed in listing. We had a great beach experience overall.

Overall, we had a great time. Bathtub was not clean, and some dishes and silverware were dirty. Don’t know if there is an issue with the dishwasher or not. Bathtub must have gotten overlooked. Everything else was great.

It was a great place to stay. Don’t use the door on table side to go out to balcony. Track is worn out and gets stuck. Bed needs updated. Otherwise. Beautiful location, view, lots of to do. Property management as far as maintenance was fantastic. Whoever manned the desk was not helpful when we asked for referral to dolphin cruise. Not even a little. Said she had never been on one so she couldn’t Help.

Phoenix Properties are Great

The good thing about Phoenix properties is that they're in a great location with good staff and amazing views of the ocean and beach. The questionable side is who the actual condo owners are and how they rent out their condos. Some are great and very personable who decorate their place with nice and comfortable furniture while ensuring it is well supplied. Thhis describes all our previous condos which were booked this year. Other condos are maintained by a professional staff or company that is removed from the customer experience, uses economical and often uncomfortable furniture, and supplies it with the bare minimum. This one was the latter. While the location was great and we spent most of our time on the beach, the time spent in the room left a lot to be desired. The bed, couch, chairs, and patio furniture were moderately clean and less than comfortable. The room experience was not bad, but it was not great. Next time we will choose another owner.

the place was perfect but the bed was the worst ive ever had at a exspensive condo but on the good side plenty of great places to eat ( Docs Seafood ) was my favorate and the beach was great. Was dispointed that the beach lounge chairs was gone even though the photos showed they were there

Very Nice Stay

This was our first time staying at this property. The property was very clean & parking was not an issue. However, the parking pass is an additional $55, which is specific for this property. The condo was clean and well kept. Some additional dishes could be added to the kitchen such as pans for the oven & maybe some plastic cups for children to use. Great view from the balcony! The condo is slightly small for 2 adult and 2 children, but overall was very nice, clean & quiet. My kids loved the outdoor & indoor pool & splash pad. Also, Kona Ice setup during the week days, which we loved. The boardwalk to the beach is nice because it does not burn your feet when walking without shoes & the distance from the boardwalk to the beach is not long at all. Check-in is a smooth process, however, all condos have a 3pm check-in, so the lobby area becomes crowded quickly. Even with 4 elevators at this property, you do have to wait for a while to get your belongings to your room, or even get to your room, around this time.
