The Gulf of Mexico / America is one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the world. Combine the Emerald waters with sugar white sand and you get paradise. Toes in the sand and a good book or playing with the kids this a great location to relax and have some together time.


The owner spared no expense with lots of upgrades to for the busy season. Master bedroom has a new king size bed, side tables, Roku tv, usb plugs. Best part is the amazing linen count as well as all brand new euro pillows..you’ll sleep like a baby! Can’t beat the ocean view from your bed either. Master also has a private bathroom with walk through closet. The guest bedroom’s upgrades were two new queen size beds, side tables , Roku tv, usb plugs and the softest sheets & new pillows too! Guest bath and laundry closet open to living area. Brand new towels and hair dryers in both bathrooms.. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or make a blender full of smoothie as well as brand new pots and pans. Plenty of plates, bowls and drink ware to keep everyone happy. In Did I mention the unit is right ON the beach. Relax on the balcony watching the waves. Don’t wait book today .. our host is available with any questions or requests. Please just let them know!

It was a weekend mother/daughter trip. Great access to the beach, corner unit so right by the boardwalk. Owner/management was very nice and accommodating when I got locked out of my email & could not get instructions on my way to the beach.

The condo was nice and clean, the views were great and the host made sure it was stocked with everything you might need! The only things that could use improvement are the living room furniture could be a little more comfortable, maybe by taking out the huge coffee table and adding ottomans. However the comfort of the beds and linens were 10/10 !! The only other thing was the balcony was a little scary, the railing was pulling away from the wall and the floor was squishy in spots. (However, I don’t fault the host for that there were several in the unit in the same condition, so up to HOA to correct??) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We had such a lovely stay on Pensacola Beach! The condo is a little older but very well-kept, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bed and linens were so comfortable — definitely high quality, which made for a great night’s sleep. The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home, from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made our stay easy.The location is unbeatable — right on the water with absolutely gorgeous views. It was so relaxing to sit out and enjoy the scenery. Just note there’s no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo has a great view and was literally on the beach. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, the neighborhood will prevent us from coming back to this location. We stayed 3 nights. One day our car had a flat tire because of a screw in the tire and the next day our car was egged along with the rest of the cars parked with us.

Awesome spot on the beach!

Very clean and pleasant stay at this condo with gulf view! We loved having coffee on the porch while watching the sting rays dance on the waves!

Highly recommend Right ON the Beach! I took my teenage son and his friend and we had the best time. The location is perfect and the property manager was very helpful. Hope to return again sometime soon!

Beautiful views!

Full kitchen was nice, had everything we needed (2 more chairs on balcony would have been nice and maybe some beach towels and plastic cups for the beach). Was clean and comfortable! And the view was superb!!!

Perfect Spot in Pensacola

So good rented a second time

This is the second time this year great place perfect spot beautiful beach, beautiful scenery very quiet place very private place with only four units. We’re going to come back twice a year.

Perfect beach condo!

Loved staying here. Perfect for our little group. Loved waking up to the beautiful views. Spent our days on the beach. Then took the trolley over to all the restaurants at night.
