Lovely Notre Dame/South Bend Rental

This was a perfect place to stay for a South Bend weekend with family and our 2 year old. Having a crib and high chair and toys available, and such a clean home and nice kitchen, was just perfect.

Great stay for Game Day

The house has a great location and comfortably slept our party of 8. There are only 2 bathrooms upstairs, but worked fine for us. Great place overall.

100% Would Recommend

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. The property was fantastic and exactly as described and the owner was very helpful throughout the stay (recommendations, communication, etc). I will definitely plan on staying here for future ND games! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in South Bend.

Great home for Notre Dame game weekends or anytime really!

Mary is the best owner I’ve ever rented from. The house had everything you could need for your stay. Mary even picked up a few breakfast items at the store for us as we got in late.

Very cozy house

Location worked well. Enough room for 8 adults. Very clean and comfortable. 5-10 minute drive to campus and Eddy Street. Nice big kitchen for dining in.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this lovely property for our son's graduation. The houe and neighborhood are wonderful, and we felt right at home the minute we stepped in the house. The beds and linens were top-notch, and the house had all we needed. The back patio was a great addition and we spent lots of time there as a family. The location is wonderful since the house is a short drive from campus. Mary was easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Recently stayed at Mary’s home with friends for a Notre Dame football game weekend. The checkin in was seamless with great communication from the host. The home was well appointed, clean, and spacious. It was located a few minutes from the stadium and was in a wonderful neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again for a future game and would recommend if your looking for a place to stay with friends or family.

Family of 10

Mary is an exceptional host. Her attention to the little details didn’t go unnoticed. We felt like we were at home and had plenty of space for a family of 10 - including adult children and teenagers. The kitchen is perfectly equipped which allowed for us to enjoy preparing and sharing meals together in the open concept kitchen/living room. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We would stay again!

Great Place For a Football Weekend

We stayed with five adults and five children for a September Notre Dame football weekend. The property is as described. We had a nice grill out on Friday night, and easy access to and from Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The television had local channels via high definition antenna and plenty of streaming services with easy-to-follow written instructions. I streamed football games on Friday night with no difficulty. The end of the property description mentions a cat. I had missed this, and received a phone call from Mary before the arrival to let me know of the cat's presence in the locked basement. We never heard the cat and would not have known of its presence if not told. We simply gave the owner times we would not be around so that a neighbor could tend to the cat twice daily. I have cat allergies, but was not bothered anywhere in the house. Mary was fantastic to work with. We will rent again on future trips.

This home was exceptional and a perfect place to stay for a weekend in South Bend! The home has plenty of room for a large group (we had 9 adults) and is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is very close to the Notre Dame campus and we had no problem getting transportation to anywhere we wanted to go (We were in town for a Notre Dame football game). Mary was very helpful prior to and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this gorgeous home.

Great location and rental experience

Highly recommend this property for an awesome ND experience. It's in a great neighborhood and is two miles to campus. So easy to get back and forth. The house is spacious and has a nice kitchen, seating area, and den combination that allows the group to gather together and have a place to sit. Mary is terrific and communicative. Great experience overall.

The layout makes it an ideal place to enjoy each other's company, share meals and just hang out. I go the extra mile to make sure this home is clean, comfortable and offers everything you need for a wonderful stay!

I promise you are going to love my place!

The gas grill is just outside the kitchen door on the patio. It uses the house gas so there is no need to bother with propane. Cook at home and avoid crowded restaurants on game weekends.
