Overall the property was very nice, excellent location and large enough to accommodate our entire family of 6. The appliances were all in working order and the furniture and beds were comfortable Some concerns were responsiveness of host typically took them a day to respond to messages while we were in the home. The cleanliness of washer- it smelled pretty bad and i noticed mold in the liquid tray for softener and detergent. The bedding in one of the bedrooms was visibly dirty The property is listed as having toilet paper and paper towels but once we ran out I was informed it was only intended to be a “starter supply” I did inform the host of all of these issues and I’m sure they’ll be rectified for the next guest!

One of the best stays we’ve had

We came down for my first wedding anniversary with our close friends. The owner was very responsive to texts at arrival. The location is perfect for getting into Rehoboth and avoiding the art 1-1a transition traffic. The noise is so minimal despite being so close to route 1! We had coffee on the screened in deck multiple times daily and would sit and talk. We played games in the dining room/living room with high ceilings. The rooms were spacious and each couple had their own en-suite bathroom which was perfect. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone wanting an upscale feel close to Rehoboth downtown. Already wanting to come back!!

Let me start by saying how amazing this house is! From the booking process, to the ease of making our payments, to the opened communication, to arriving at the house, was nothing short of eazy, peazy, 1, 2, 3-eezy, LOL. The house was immaculately kept; the grounds were beautiful & the location was superb!!! Great spacious house in a great location, short drive to the beach!

We booked a single night last minute to come to the beach for final summer weekend, and the house met our needs quite well. It's a 3 story TH, with ample space for a family (even two!), since there are 2 rooms with king size beds and one room with 2 queens. The kitchen was well equipped and TV was easy for kids to operate. We only had 1 minor issue with the bedroom door slider not locking, and notified the management company immediately. Would stay here again next summer!

Nice property, responsive owner

The house is nice. We stayed here for the pool and wound up not using it. There was an ant problem the first day. I contacted the owner and he took care of it the very next day. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property we stayed in was clean spacious and very accommodating. It was very close to everything we needed to see. Would definitely stay here again
