Take a long, hot bath in the soaker tub or relax on the couch & cozy up to the electric fireplace. The home is conveniently located about 100 meters from the Back 40 for all adventure seekers. The great outdoors awaits you in Bella Vista & the surrounding communities with hundreds of miles of trails, creeks, sightseeing, amazing food and drink.

Absolutely love this house! Its location is perfect for all the biking adventures. The house is more fully equipped than any other VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. They provide you with everything you could imagine. The house is clean, adorable and we were in love! Will definitely be staying here again! The owners were amazing and very quick with communication. Great location for Bella Vista! Very modern 2 bedroom 2 bath with cozy design and feel. Thanks for being pet friendly! Nice kitchen with great setup.We were using this as a home base while moving a relative to the area. Would definitely keep it on our list for vacation hotspots to revisit. Loved the carport.
