We apologize for any oversight in providing clear checkout information, Jason. We appreciate your input and will make sure to improve our communication in that regard for future guests. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. If these issues were only reported during your stay, we have had the chance to address them promptly. We take such concerns seriously and will use your comments to improve our standards. Please let us know if you have any specific details to share. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to offer a better experience in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations. When you contacted us with these concerns, we offered to send our cleaning and pest control teams over right away to resolve everything. Because you chose to handle the cleaning yourself instead of waiting for our team, we missed the opportunity to rectify the situation for you. Our post-stay inspection confirmed that the marks mentioned were standard cosmetic stains from normal wear and tear, and our pest control team verified there is no live insect activity. While Florida's climate makes it impossible to completely block pests from entering, finding them dead proves our protective barrier is working. Lastly, the outdoor bins follow a strict Monday pickup schedule, which coincided with your check-out. Since immediate solutions were offered to ensure your comfort and were declined, we are unable to issue a refund or compensation.

Our check-in verification process is a standard security measure used to help protect both guests and property owners. We understand that sharing information can feel inconvenient, but this step is disclosed in advance and is part of our efforts to maintain a safe booking environment. Regarding supplies, the home is a self-catered accommodation, and as outlined prior to arrival, we provide a complimentary starter set to help guests settle in.These are intended as initial conveniences rather than full-stay provisions. Guests are advised to plan a grocery stop shortly after arrival for additional items as needed. With respect to the grill and pool heating, the associated optional fees are disclosed in the listing description prior to booking so guests can make an informed decision. We regret that the setup did not align with your expectations and appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve the guest experience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed walkthrough of your stay! We are absolutely delighted to hear that you had a wonderful time visiting with your son and daughter-in-law, and that the home easily and comfortably accommodated your group. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the floor plan description and the driveway layout; insights like yours help future travelers better visualize the space before arrival. It’s great to hear you loved the spacious master suite and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio area! Thank you also for the note regarding the patio power washing—we have passed this along to our maintenance team to address right away so the exterior remains pristine. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you and your family back for another great stay!

We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Regarding the pet policy miscommunication, we're sorry for any confusion caused. We will edit out our template. Really nothing negative to say about Linzy. Easy to host, left the place clean, and respected the house rules. Come back anytime Linzy!

Hi Fartun, We're delighted to hear that you and your children enjoyed your stay at our property! It's wonderful to know that you found it spacious and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future. Thank you.

Brand new AC system installed in June and no issues. The issue the guest had here was our anti party policy where we do not allow those under 21 to book the home.

Really nothing negative to say about Rebecca. Easy to host, left the place clean, and respected the house rules. Come back anytime Rebecca!

To our future guests. This guest reported 7 forks in the house for the 4 guests and said 'no need to send anything over, we are fine, just letting you know'. Of course as soon as we knew we, we replaced additional forks, no big deal at all. As for the pan 'concern' mentioned here, we will look at these and if needed of course we shall replace. If the vacuum doesn't work it will also be replaced. The lint filter needs to be cleared (as with any drier) in between washes. The primary 'issue' the guest seemed to have was that after 5 nights of their 7 night trip, they ran out of toilet paper and couldn't accept that we would not deliver additional toilet paper on spec for this self catering home.

Hi Desiree, I'm thrilled to hear that everything was up to par during your stay—cleanliness, location, and seamless check-in are key ingredients for a great experience! If there's anything specific you'd like to see or any preferences you have for future stays, feel free to share. Looking forward to hosting you again with even more improvements in mind!
