Lovely apartment with a beautiful sea view 😊 Was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. This apartment exceeded our expectations. Right in front of the water. There was an elevator and the AC worked amazingly. If you are heading to Nice a definite must stay! I can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Location

You look out the balcony and the Mediterranean Sea is right there. Couldn’t ask for more. The tram stop is just up the road and so easy to get around.

Beautiful view from fifth floor. (There's a very quaint elevator so no problem with stairs.) Host was helpful and accessible. The apartment is lovely, clean and well-appointed. I would be delighted to stay there again

It was one of the best accommodations on N.A. in Nice. Mireta was so caring and accommodating from the first day until we left the place. Was very clean and centrally located in the heart of the city. Going to the old city, airport, and Monaco was very easy from the place. Would stay again.Thank tou

Very clean. Host was super friendly and answered all of our questions. I would have given a 5 for access if it had been fully automated but, because of they type of keys I don't think they can do that. Easy access to the train and restaurants near by. We rented a car and while there was not any assigned parking, we were able to get paid parking on the street both nights without a problem. Great view. Little noisy due to traffic. We would definitely stay there again if we go back.

The view was fantastic, and the host was very kind and polite. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and had air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. While the building is quite old, it does have an elevator. The apartment could use some minor repairs, especially on the walls. Public transportation is conveniently close by, making it easy to get around.

Excellent rental

Location was excellent - near tram station which made it easier to get to old town and airport. Would highly recommend this rental and will stay here again in the future.

This apt is perfect for those wanting to avoid the crowd of the city center. Beautiful beaches both public and private, and only a 15-20 minute bike ride from old Nice. Mireille was a fabulous host and was able to hold my luggage before check in and after check out. The pictures do not do justice to how comfortable the apt is. Modern appliances, comfy bedding and magnificent views. I will definitely be coming back.

Great Stay in Nice!

We had an awesome stay here in Nice! Host was awesome and the property was so clean and cute! View from the place was unreal, would definitely stay here again. The tram is super close to property and very easy to get to the main town. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Nice, France!

Great stay and host

Really nice, clean spacious apartment. Host was great communicating very quickly, and was able to get us into her apartment early. Markets, and restaurants nearby. All anyone would need in the kitchen, and throughout.

Great Property

Very clean, spacious, water front with a balcony and a large full length windows that can be opened to allow enjoyment of the sea breezes. Also very close to public transit. What more could you ask for. A wonderful stay!
