Super comfy and recently updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully-equipped condo that sleeps 4 - only 1/2 mile walk to beach access #12 Gulf of Mexico! Located in a small and quiet complex with very convenient access to the beach as well as all of Sarasota's shopping and dining (without beach traffic). Our condo is exceptionally clean, well kept. It has all the comforts of home on your tropical getaway.

We loved the condo we rented. Everything we would need on a vacation was there. We had beach chairs, umbrella and really nice beach towels. It was perfect t walk to Siesta Key without dealing with parking which was horrific.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. From the moment we arrive everything exceeded our expectations. The place is spotless and stocked with all the essentials including body wash and shampoo!Susan was very responsive and clearly cared about making our stay perfect. Great location, walking distance to the beach

Very nice property. Quiet, comfortable and enough room. Everything was well clean and well appointed. And, best of all, it was walking distance (20 minutes) to the beach.

Sarasota Vacation

Place was just as advertised. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great contact with host. Host had a lot of amenities for beach days. House is not located right in the hub, but it’s about a 5-10 min drive to anything you need. Great place for our trip!

Comfortable home

We had a good stay at this very well equipped condo. The accommodation was very clean with everything you’d need including some good beach equipment. Only very small negative was how loud the a/c was particularly during the night. There were lots of internal noises which I think travelled easily due to the laminate flooring throughout. We loved the tv setup and pool was very handy too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for snowbirds

The location was fantastic for snowbirds in February - close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. During our stay, the entire complex was filled with other retirees. It was a friendly and quiet stay while we escaped from the cold weather. We shared the unit with another couple and the two bedrooms were good for the four of us. The pictures in the online booking were not accurate for our unit. It was very similar, but not quite the same. For example, the picture showed a nice view of a palm tree from the balcony, but in reality we had a 'view' of the air conditioning units for the building next door. The listing also showed a smart TV that we thought we could use to stream shows at night. Unfortunately, the only smart TV was a small set in the bedroom that we had to move to the living room for the entire group to watch.

Successful Solo Trip

This was my 1st solo trip as a retiree. Was a bit nervous when I first arrived, the neighborhood looks a little sketchy. But the condo complex itself was very safe with a code entry and deadbolt to the unit. Unit was very clean, kitchen had every piece of kitchenware you could want, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glasses/cups. Only spices available were salt/pepper/sugar, enough for me. Towels were plentiful, even beach towels & chairs for Siesta Key Beach which is about 2 miles away. Get there by 11 or you will not find a place to park (I learned that the hard way the 1st day). Everything you could need is a very short drive away, gas, CVS, restaurants, gift shops. The unit has a balcony, but it looks at the back of the motel next door, and the only other window in the unit has the same type of view. There is a pool, though very small, but I didn't use it. The only 2 times I thought about using it, it wasn't very clean with several piles of dirt throughout the bottom. But with the beach being thee best beach I've ever been to, there was no need for the pool. Lots of events in the surrounding area, festivals, beach markets, circus, botanical gardens, all within a 15-30 minute drive. The only con I have to speak of, is the couches most definitely need new cushions. They were clean but so flat and uncomfortable. All in all it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it., acoming off.chenware
