Vos vacances subtropicales relaxantes et chaleureuses commencent ici. Rénové en 2019. Profitez du coucher de soleil sur la clé Siesta à seulement un pùté de maisons. Deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. Une suite parentale privée avec lit queen, salle de bain avec buanderie et une chambre en Floride. Une chambre privée supplémentaire avec deux lits jumeaux à cÎté d'une grande salle de bains accessible aux handicapés. Cuisine neuve avec comptoir en granit et dosseret en marbre. Nice quiet neighborhood, short drive from the beach. They had a lot of beach supplies for use chairs, toys, games which made our stay that much more enjoyable during Long Beach days. I would definitely stay here again.

Lush Villa

The property was everything we hoped for. The lanai and gardens were stunning. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and available when we needed anything. The property is in a quiet area and only a short walk from a small park overlooking the bay.

The landscaping was beautiful the owner takes great care, we enjoyed everything about out stay and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach she instantly got back to me to answer questions she was very nice and I would recommend to stay here

Beautiful Garden & Sunroom

My friend and I stayed at the home in late February, and the weather was perfect (sunny, warm & not humid). Though the home and furnishings are a bit dated, the garden and sunroom make up for it. We were able to enjoy breakfast and glasses of wine every day in the spacious front sunroom with a lovely view of the well-maintained garden. The owner was great, very responsive, and quick to get anything needed. The only thing I think that needs to be changed are the mattresses in the second bedroom which are very uncomfortable. For the price it was a good deal, and I would stay there again.

Excellent Location, Excellent Property Manager

My wife & I had a wonderful stay at this location. The property manager Mony was very polite, honest, courteous, pleasant and willing to answer questions and help us during our stay, as this was our first time here in Sarasota. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, being close to the intercoastal waterway, close by to parks, many attractions, restaurants, beaches, and downtown Sarasota. The house was very clean, uncluttered, very accommodating for my wife & myself, had a nice kitchen with appliances, laundry, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one master with queen bed and one with 2 double beds), large screened in patio, covered carport. Mony provided many good suggestions on where to go, what to see, attractions, recommendations for restaurants, and other local attractions. My wife & I both agree that we would rent this property again when we make a return visit to Sarasota. All in all, we were blessed by having a good experience vacationing at a good location with a good property manager. Mony Rocks!

Ottimo!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma strategica, vicina a centri commerciali e a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Siesta Key. L'alloggio Ăš come mostrato nelle foto, super accessoriato e pulito con letti comodissimi. Ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il sistema di check-in funziona benissimo. Mony Ăš stata gentilissima, anche nella fase di prenotazione. Se dovessimo ritornare a Sarasota, soggiorneremmo di nuovo qui. Consiglieremo sicuramente ai nostri amici questa struttura.
