This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts beautiful ocean views and is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Warwick 510 will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from the privacy of your 5th floor balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 4 guests and include:

The property was stunning. Situated on the top floor with a view of the beach and ocean it provided ready access to walking trails and the beach. Wish I had booked a longer stay. Will definitely consider coming back to the Litchfield by the Sea area.

Clean, comfortable, and well stocked for the most part…everything we needed was there except for a few basics like garbage bags and laundry detergent.One thing to be aware of is the view. While the photos make it look very open and expansive, in reality there is another building quite close on the right side. We could see directly into the neighboring condo, and they could see into ours, so it didn’t feel quite as private or as “vast” as advertised. There are definitely units in this resort with better, more unobstructed views.We also assumed there would be beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach gear available to use, based on the listing. However, those items were locked up and not included. When we inquired, we were directed to contact the front desk and learned there was an additional charge to use them. That was a bit disappointing and not clearly represented in the description.That said, we still had a great time overall. The location is beautiful, the property is well-maintained, and honestly, the view was still a whole lot better than being back home in the snow! Just go in with the right expectations, and you’ll enjoy your stay.

Fantastic unit with great views

This corner unit was amazing. Great beach view from very large balcony, and sunset views from the dining room and kitchen windows. Unit is HUGE, very airy open and bright. Beds were very comfortable and unit included everything needed for the stay. Would definitely request this unit again.
