I had a great experience with the host and place. Very clean and spacious. One note, I wouldn’t recommend the stairs for kids or elderly folks. Overall great stay.

Great stay! This townhouse is in a wonderful location - steps away from Rehoboth Ave but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was a hit during the heat wave!

Our host David T was quick to respond to any questions we had. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner ran well. Parking for two cars were available in the back of the units. Living and dining space was comfortable. Overall our stay was quite pleasurable.However, if you have mobility issues, there is a spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms that could be difficult to maneuver up and down.Easy 3 block walk to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and local stores. Grocery stores were a short drive with Fresh Market, Giant and Safeway,

A great location just a few blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. There are alot of thoughtful touches around the condo, like numerous charging stations throughout. We all enjoyed the pool, and I appreciated unloading from the 2 shaded parking spots just steps from the front door. The spiral staircase could be an issue for some but wasn't a problem for our family. We enjoyed our week at the beach and hope to return next year!

The unit is centrally located. For our group the distance to the beach was not walkable. The good thing is parking was not a problem for our beach time or our shopping. The spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge for 2 of the group. The electrical sockets didn't work in the bathroom upstairs but there were ample alternatives in the bedrooms. Overall it's a great place for younger folks that enjoy a lot of walking.

The house was extremely clean up check in. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. I appreciate the hose in front of the house. It was nice to clean off my car mats before heading back home. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent property. Central to every in Rehoboth! And quiet neighborhood. David was very responsive to all our inquiries. The swimming pool was a wonderful addition. Everything is just expensive these days, I guess that comes with the times! Overall, great experience and highly recommended.
