We had a wonderful week at this beach house with our family! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially loved spending time in the rocking chairs on the multiple patios. The beach equipment that was provided was such a convenience.The owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail in all the instructions provided. We would stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Great Family Vacation

Great location! Easy access to the beach! House is clean and spacious and was plenty big enough for 7 adults and 3 kids. Already planning next years vacation here!!!

Great beach house

We enjoyed staying in this home! The layout of the house was nice for our family and very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas for the short walk to the beach. The host is great, and very quick to reply to any questions!

Incredible views and best equipped kitchen ever!

The views were beautiful and relaxing, the beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever had. Saralee, the owner was really helpful and responded promptly when needed.

Very easy check-in process. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. The house was very well maintained and had wonderful views. Saralee was very responsive and provided good instructions. She was very nice in all her communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House, Great Host

The house was perfect for our family trip, and Saralee was amazing to work with! She was really understanding when we had to change our plans and very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was clean, well stocked, and very close to the beach access point. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

Enjoyed our stay very much. Could not have asked for better communication with the owner. Kitchen was well stocked as was the supply closet for all our beach needs. Views of the marsh were amazing.

Family trip

We had a great week at Holden beach. My parents, my family and my sister's family stayed together and we had just enough room for everyone and still personal space when we needed it. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and there were lots of beach supplies provided as well!

Perfect for our family vacation!

This was a great spot to stay, not too far from the beach access which made transporting the beach supplies easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the house was very clean on our arrival. There was a great stash of beach gear including sand toys, chairs and games. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly when contacted. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

The house was really nicely equipped for our family’s beach trip. We loved all the beach gear, games, and TV setup. The owner was super nice and communicative. The beach access was easy and convenient. We have also stayed at places owned and managed by companies, and this was so much warmer of an experience.

Family vacation

We had a great week at this home! I sincerely appreciated the beach wagon/boogie boards, beach chairs provided. The house was very clean when we arrived. All the beds were comfortable and the home has been well cared for. Can’t wait to return!! Thanks so much!

Wonderful stay!

This property was everything we were looking for in a beach home away from home. The marsh view was incredible. Plenty of room for everyone. Very well stocked with everything you might need for your vacation-chairs, umbrellas, pull carts for the beach, games, etc. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Very short 2 min walk to beach via deeded access boardwalk. A wonderful trip in Holden!

Love the location!

Our hostess made sure all our comforts and needs were met. We love the marsh view with our coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. This is our third, relaxing visit! By the way, the kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect

We loved everything about our stay. The house is very well maintained and very clean. The host is amazing and very communicative and helpful. We have been coming to Holden Beach for years and this is one of our favorite stays yet. The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils and pans, etc. The beds are all very comfortable and the layout is great. Highly recommend!
