Unit 444 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of the complex. When you walk in, youâll be greeted by neutral tones, updated furnishings, and an open concept floor plan. The main living area offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for adding seating. With the 6-person dining table, you can host up to 9 people comfortably. The living area is equipped with comfy seating and a flat screen TV. However, the best part of this vacation home is the private balcony. Just off the dining area, this spacious outdoor sanctuary is the perfect spot to start your day slow with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the lush landscaping. Flooring was just replaced end of November.
This bayside gem sleeps 4 comfortably featuring a master bedroom and a sleeper sofa for guests. The master is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with double vanity sinks, walk in shower, and separate soaker tub. This unit is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a small family, or friend group looking to enjoy the Gulf sun.
Speaking of sun, when youâre ready to enjoy the beauty of Florida, take the resort tram over to Miramar Beach. Just a short ride away waits the iconic sugar-white sands youâve been dreaming of.
