Close to airport, kitchen area had what we needed, near grocery store, only problem was shower - poor water pressure and only hot water. Outside area had been recently cleaned and was surprised was a shared space but those staying in other unit friendly.

Short stay

We just needed somewhere to stay before going back to the airport. This was a perfect location, as it was close to the airport and car rental return. The check in process was easy and i appreciated the communication from the owner/ manager. I would stay again.

It was nice and close to where I needed to be and was fast and easily booked paid for for the price advertised with tax of course but still all in all it was wonderful for the last night there since we left the resort a day before our flight so it worked perfect, host was nice!

If you're looking for a quick stay before or after flying into San Juan, this will do the job. It was short on towels and washrags but we were exhausted n rested up for the remainder of our trip. The rooster's will wake you up that's normal here in PR. The large shared patio was a plus.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was great. The room was fresh and clean and centrally located. The vistamar bakery was delicious and super close just as the Havana bakery. The supermarket was a nice short distance also. The outside area was perfect and the weather was beautiful. The water temperature and pressure were good also. We didn’t see any roaches and only saw one cat

We only needed a place to stay for approximately 12 hrs before our flight out. It definitely did what we needed for this but i wanted to shower before flying out and there was no hot water.

The unit was close to the airport and clean, no bugs. The window blinds were tattered, cooktop was completely rusted, some pots & pans but no cooking utensils, paper plates but no eating utilities, the door had no knob or handle to pull the door shut on the inside. I will never stay hear again & I advise no one else to ever stay here.

This property could be ok but there are roaches, ants and other bugs everywhere. The water pressure in the shower is awful. And the air conditioner leeks water close to the bed almost slipped on a puddle of water when I woke up from it leaking.

NO HOT WATER. TERRIBLE WATER PRESSURE. CATS ALL OVER PROPERTY.

I hated it! Not even gonna lie. There were cats all over the property, even snuck into our room a few times when our door was open. There were roaches by the refrigerator every single night. Bed was uncomfortable. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Impossible to find

We did not find this place. It was impossible to find. I contacted the owner more than once to help us find it but she answered 2 hours later. By then we had found another place to stay. We waisted our money in this place that we did not even stay at.

Hello Laura, you contacted me at 3:00 am in the morning and I had already sent you the access instructions, in the call at 3 am you started yelling at me which is not right. The access information was sent to you again to another phone number that you requested. You told me that you would not return and for this reason your money was not refunded since the instructions were sent twice. As you will understand, the apartment was reserved solely and exclusively for you.

So first let me say the owner didn’t give us any problems super nice . Far as the property itself it is false advertising. We had a 3day stay we had no hot water had to take a cold shower the shower water barely come out, there was roaches the walls looked like it had a lick no small towels,sheets had stains,and should definitely let people know this is a small apartment complex not a house.

The wifi barely worked. The water never got hot, all of the outlets were loose and plugs would fall out. Property swarming with cats and my sister and I are allergic and was unaware of all of the cats living on the property.

The room was very clean for the most part except that one of the pillows smelled like BO. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as rocks. The owner changed my reservation last minute because they rented the original room out thru another service. Over all as a last resort I guess its not bad.

I was disgusted with this property. There was roaches on the couches, in the shower, 2 dead bugs on the bed. I contacted the host and she was very rude about it and refused to refund me. I was in the property for about 10 minutes until finally deciding to leave and go get a hotel. The host refused to take accountability and kept calling me a liar and threatened to call the police on me. It was a disaster!
