Magnifique maison plus grande piscine privée! Passez vos ultimes vacances à la plage ici!

Cette grande maison individuelle de trois étages se trouve sur 1/3 acre à seulement 200 pieds du magnifique golfe du Mexique avec une vue imprenable. La grande salle avec une grande cuisine moderne, un salon et une salle à manger possède des plafonds en cyprès de 20 pieds de haut et un grand mur de fenêtres offrant une vue panoramique sur le golfe.

Surplombant la grande salle est un loft de couchage avec lit king et demi-bain surmonté d'une coupole qui fournit une lumière abondante.

La spacieuse suite principale de la chambre principale avec lit king-size a un sol en érable, un plafond de 9 'et des portes françaises s'ouvrant sur le pont arrière donnant sur le golfe et notre piscine privée de 20' x 40 'Gunite. Il y a un bain à remous dans cette chambre. La salle de bain principale est améliorée par un bain à remous pour deux personnes, des lavabos à double vasque, une salle de commode privée et une douche de 5 pi x 8 pi avec 3 pommes de douche, 4 vaporisateurs corporels et un banc - fantastique!

Une autre chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bain carrelée privée avec douche vitrée. La troisième chambre au niveau principal a un lit queen size et à côté d'une salle de bain complète avec douche dans la baignoire.

Le niveau inférieur de 850 pieds carrés comprend une autre immense chambre des maîtres avec lit king size, dressing, portes françaises menant au patio et à la piscine. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec grande douche carrelée avec banc. Il y a aussi une deuxième cuisine avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec porte française et frigo à vin (pas de cuisinière / four). Le salon confortable dispose d'une télévision HD 57 ', d'une Wii, de sièges et d'un canapé-lit queen. Ce niveau est parfait pour les grands-parents ou ceux qui ne peuvent pas monter les escaliers facilement.

Il y a un système de CVC central géothermique personnalisé pour votre confort. La piscine est entourée d'un patio en briques. Sous le pont, le patio est ombragé et parfait pour la détente. Le reste de la cour est votre propre bac à sable privé. Les enfants adorent ça! Attention cependant à ne pas jeter de sable ou de coquillages dans la piscine! Il y a une douche extérieure sur le patio. Je viens d'ajouter un terrain de beach-volley / badminton!

Property was not as advertised and not in any condition to be rented. The owner, cleaning crew and someone doing construction on the property were there on check in and did nut leave for hours. The HVAC system did not work in main bedroom and all of downstairs. The downstairs ceiling was exposed Sheetrock and insulation. There was a leak from the ceiling making the downstairs bedroom not usable. The pool overflowed. The deck and railing was loose causing safety concerns.

I am truly sorry you suffered from our inability to get our home ready for you. Yours was the first rental of the season and we had more than our fair share of start-up issues. Over the winter we hired a contractor to help with extensive repairs and improvements and unfortunately he let us down. In hindsight I should have cancelled your reservation when I realized our situation, but thought it would be better to work through any issues instead of disrupting your plans. I did not know you were planning a spring break for teen age girls and naturally did not want any intrusions for maintenance personnel. During the one day gap we had before our next booking we were able to address all of these issues sufficiently so that they had an enjoyable stay. Because of our inability to meet your expectations we refunded well over half of the amount we received for your stay.

Location is awesome! Pool is great and you are so close to the beach. Great to find a place that is kid and pet friendly. We got to meet the owner Tim whom was lovely! The only issue was the master shower was having an issue leaking, which Tim was trying to work on. We had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Fun spring break stay

The house was a perfect fit for our crew. The downstairs space was perfect for the kids to stay in and be by themselves. Walking distance to the fabulous beach and more than enough room for us all to have a bed and our own space.

Celebration of Life

The house was big enough so the 12 - 14 weren't on top of each other. The location was close enough to the beach and the pool was a great amenity for when we didn't go to the beach. The house isn't really in walking distance to the main attractions but that was fine for us since this trip was all about just being with family. We did utilize Island Breeze Carts (850-565-9532) when we needed to get somewhere which was nice.

Perfect Place

If you are looking for a place to stay with friends and family, this is a great place. It’s walking distance to the beach, has a nice pool, and all the stuff you would need for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful home and the owner was quick to respond when an issue came up. Friend reunion

Our experience was amazing. The property was clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Everything we needed utensil wise for the evenings we wanted to cook was there, the pool and the hot tub were 100% clean, and it was just perfect. Our friend group had our semi annual reunion here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place.

A great family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The house was large enough so we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, and that was a great plus. The location to the beach was awesome too; only a few minutes walk. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after the beach too. There were plenty of floats, chairs, and toys at the house to use. We love this area and come back every year. This house is a great price for everything that is included. Highly recommend.

Nice 5 bedroom, easy walk to beach and great pool. Owner responded fairly promptly to issues. Home has everything needed for a family stay including toys and a toddler bed. WiFi was not reliable so just plan on using your mobile hotspot. We would stay in this home again.

We had a total of 5 adult friends. So high on our list was a rental that had 5 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms. This rental had 5/4. We loved the size of the house and the roominess that we all felt when inside. The very large pool in the backyard with outside shower was perfect. After a very short walk to the beach, we would then return and enjoy the large swimming pool. In the evening many of us would also enjoy the hot tub that was on the second floor deck. The beds were all comfortable and furnishings were very adequate. But I think the biggest plus to this rental was its location. So very close to the beach on the Gulf side. No crossing any busy streets and close to many restaurants and boat tours. Everyone in our party commented that it was the perfect house, location, and Pensacola white sand beaches was magnificent. The rental owner was very responsive to any messages and came over to answer any questions we had about the rental.

Awesome vacation home, perfect location

Lovely home with tons of room for everyone, perfect location just a short walk out back and you are on the beach which was never crowded all week!! Large private pool right in the back yard for family fun, volleyball on the side of the house, gas grill on the deck. The trolley stop is just one block up the street we used it a lot instead of driving everywhere in the evenings!! The home itself is lovely, and very comfy. The host Tim is a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is a great one!! We will be back yearly, thank you again Tim!!

Termite Infestation

Termites swarming, coming out of holes in walls in several rooms. The owner came over ASAP and was very apologetic (Formosa termites are widespread serious problem in the area); immediately setting to work cleaning up and putting out pesticide. We were not able to stay in the house and he worked with us and VRBO to process the cancellation and refund expeditiously.

The house was perfect size for our bunch. Everyone had their own space. The pool was used more than any of us thought it would. The owner was very easy to work with! It is a little bit farther down than we typically do but with use of trolley and golf carts it was perfect.

Hi, I'm Tim and I came from NJ to Pensacola in 2005 to work at a radio station and discovered the beach! This house was about to go into foreclosure due to damage from Hurricane Ivan. The first project was to raise half the house to construct an ICF foundation and remodel everything. The goal has been to use construction materials that will stand up to wind and water. Then a beautiful custom shaped 40' x 20' gunite pool was installed and is the largest private pool on the beach. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities and is your home away from home during your stay!

In 2015 Pensacola Beach was ranked #13 out of the top 25 beaches anywhere! And the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which Pensacola Beach is part of, was ranked #5. The beaches maintain their pristine and beautiful qualities.

Walking on the beach is pure pleasure. You can make sand castles with your children or grandchildren on the beach or in the yard and then cool off in the sparkling pool (after using the outdoor shower). Relax in the hot tub in the evening or take in a movie from one of the 3 large screen TVs or just laze around on the deck or pool patio having great conversations with friends and family. You will never forget the memories of your days on the beach.
