Welcome to Beachy Breeze, our family vacation home in Largo, FL!

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood (non-flood zone), our solar powered, beach-themed home provides you and your family a fun and relaxing place to lounge, rest, and play while enjoying all that the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer.

Spend the day at nearby Sand Key Park or Indian Rocks Beach, take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Clearwater Beach, or simply stay home and splash around in the private heated pool. For baseball fans, visit BayCare Ballpark, home of the Philadelphia Phillies spring training, only ~20 minute drive.

The home is conveniently located near shopping and groceries, with easy access to popular spots like St. Pete Pier, Fort de Soto, and even the Florida theme parks (Busch Gardens, Legoland, Disney, Universal, & Sea World).

Home can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. Please make sure when booking that all guests are added to the reservation, including pets.

Check-in is at 4pm with keyless entry
Check-out by 10am

Parking is available in the garage or driveway.

The home is stocked with a starter set of supplies, including garbage bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. These will not be replenished during your stay, so please plan to provide additional supplies as needed.

Pool and yard maintenance occurs on a weekly scheduled basis. A complete cleaning and turnover of the home occurs after each guest departure. For long term stays, weekly cleaning services can be requested and arranged for an additional fee.

**Please note, the house is equipped with a security camera above the garage and at the doorbell for safety and security of the property.

**Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
