Comfortable & clean second floor apartment on a beach block with beach views from the living room & deck.

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps 4
Four night minimum.

The Sansego Beach Apartment is in the heart of Surf City, NJ (LBI) and located on a beach block. There’s no need to cross a street to get to the beach. You’ll have your toes in the sand in no time!

And you're steps away from LBI's best coffee shop.

We value your health and strive to be as natural, eco-friendly & green as possible by choosing natural & recycled products, and not wearing shoes in the house.

We have strict house rules:
* NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND on the property
* No Groups, Parties or Proms
* No shoes in the house (we have a bench by the door for you to remove your shoes)

We do individual leases with all tenants.
We will need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation.

Additional Rental Information:
- Non-refundable deposit required for booking (50% rental fee plus Property Damage Protection Fee)
- Full payment required 2 weeks prior to check-in.
- Sheets & towels not supplied
- Ring doorbell (video & audio) at front doors. There is no camera in private areas or inside the building. - Street parking only, No parking on the property.

Location location location! Great spot, so close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We had a great time. Owner was super responsive when we couldn’t get the AC to work properly. Great stay.

Comfortable and clean... and great location

This apartment is spotless and very comfortable, with lots of natural light. The location is fantastic, on the beach block but also near great shops and restaurants.

This is our second early June visit We loved it the first time and it was fantastic the second time Location is great and coffee place right across the street Lots of boutiques close by and ScoJo’s Restaurant is right around the block and a three block walk from North 1st Street

Convenient apartment very close to beach , mini golf and icecream

We have stayed in LBI many times but never this close to the beach. We had a great stay with the kids and the apartment was clean and cool and very well equipped with cleaning materials , toilet paper etc. You do have to provide your own sheets and towels but no big deal. All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Clean, updated apartment in great location

Cozy rental, perfect size for our young family of four. We loved being so close to the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants and coffee shops. Everything seemed newly updated and well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. Great find!

Perfect place for our family. Our two little kids shared a bedroom. Clean. Everything very close including the great coffee place right across the street. Sabrina was always quick to respond with any questions we had. I would go back.

August 2022 Stay

This truly was a beautiful second floor apartment just a few houses from the beach! We loved our stay! The house was clean and felt like home! We loved being close to How You Brewin, ice cream shops, bike rentals, and restaurants. Excellent Location! Our two small suggestions would be: 1. watch out for the outdoor shower head! It sprays out in all directions
. And 2. Be careful with the interior doors! The bedroom and bathroom doors do not shut well and are very squeaky! Overall it was a wonderful stay! We would definitely come back!

The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, updated, and in a perfect location for our family. Within walking distance to a great coffee shop, several restaurants, and the beach. Could not have been happier with our stay!
