Nice studio in the Velas resort. Had everything we needed for an extra 3 days in PV! The pool area was great and we had no issue getting chairs every day, but the Resort wasn't at full capacity

Just like the pictures, unit is older but clean and updated, smart tv, strong a/c, nice patio. Brenda is an outstanding host, easy to communicate with and goes beyond to meet your needs, 5 star always.

Very Comfy beds & clean/starched sheets. A/C (it was hot) worked really well and "not" noisy. Well stocked kitchen except no dish soap which should be a "must" for any rental property so that guests can help keep the property clean. Beautiful view of the Pool/Landscaping from the balcony. Loved out time @ Velas Vallarta

Everything was perfect.

My wife and I booked this trip several months ago since we have not been back to Mexico since COVID. Brenda answered all questions in a timely manner and sent us everything you need for easy check in at Velas. It' seems that management has little interest in your stay when you book outside of their all-Inclusive plan since there are many very good restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this location.

GREAT STUDIO APT

It was perfect for me. Two beds. I used one just to put my clothes on and the other one to sleep in. I didn’t do any cooking. Had a great view and walking distance to the marina. If I needed a taxi, it wasn’t a problem at all, everything was taken care of. Loved the pool area and being so close to the ocean.

Good stay

Really nice day and a great value. Some things to know. Air conditioner doesn’t always cool off the room properly and the room is right off the stairs. So it can get pretty loud with adults coming home late and little kids up early in the morning can be loud, but you can’t beat the price and the hotel and resort are lovely. Contact with the host was nice and easy. Going this route versus purchasing through the hotel, was significantly cheaper and we found it cheaper to also pay for food as you go and put it on the room bill versus doing the all-inclusive. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Great location and it was well maintained

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an issue with toilet
notified owner and within 2 hours or less we had a plumber. Location is perfect if you want to stay close to marina

Nice room

Nice room. Hair dryer doesn’t work. All bed pillows need replacing immediately; they’re gross. Nice view and balcony. Could use 1 more chair inside. Well equipped kitchen but could use a measuring cup.
