Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're so happy to hear both families had a fantastic stay and that the home was a great fit for everyone — from toddlers to preteens! 😊 The playroom and pool are definitely guest favorites, and it’s awesome to hear they added to the fun. We also love that you enjoyed the kitchen and found the space clean and beautiful — we aim to make it feel like a true home away from home. Come back anytime!

We love hearing this! We would love to host you again in the future!

We are so glad you had a great time! We would love to host you again!

I am happy to hear you enjoyed our home! We love the convenience of the airport being close by! Please come back and visit us again!

Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful and detailed review! We are thrilled to hear your family had such a wonderful stay and that the home provided everything you needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. It makes us so happy to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and spacious layout. We love knowing that the pool area became a favorite spot for relaxing after exploring Sarasota. Creating a private, tropical retreat with plenty of pool and beach amenities is something we put a lot of care into, so your kind words truly mean a lot. We’re also so glad the local recommendations helped you discover some of the area’s highlights during your first visit to Sarasota. Sharing our favorite spots and experiences is one of our favorite parts of hosting! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for your wonderful compliments about the home. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we would love to welcome you back for another Sarasota getaway in the future!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay Brody! We love the convenience of having the airport nearby. It makes travels times easy! The bay nearby is not for beach use but has several access points to fish, paddleboard, and kayak! :) Thanks again for staying with us and we would love to host you again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that the house was perfectly located for your beach outings and that you enjoyed the awesome pool. It’s great to know you felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches and recommendations. We’re so glad we could help make your stay special, and we hope to welcome you back again soon! 🌴🏊‍♂️🍽️

Thanks again for staying with us Melissa, we are so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and we'd love to have you all back! :)

Thank you so much Diane! :)

You are so sweet! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay! We would love for you to come back and visit again.

Thanks again for staying with us Alice :) I agree, it would be nice to have a later check-out; however, with back to back stays, we need a full 6 hours to get the home cleaned inside & out, laundry done, etc. 5 hours is just too tight for the size of the home. Glad you had a great time!

Thank you for the wonderful review Jenna. We're so glad you all enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the feedback and suggestions! :) Looking forward to your next stay with us!

Oh I love reading reviews like this, thank you so much Brigitte, so glad you all had a wonderful time! We'd love to have you back!

Thank you for the kind words Megan! It warms our hearts to know our house felt like "home". We hope you come visit us again soon!

I am sorry that you felt the home didn't meet your expectations Miles. Unfortunately I do not feel this is a fair review whatsoever given you were only at the home for 5 minutes and did not give me any opportunity as the host to hear your concerns and / or remedy any concerns. You were at the home 5 minutes and left. Right after you messaged me that you were choosing not to stay with us, I did send out our concierge team to do a walk-through of the home & to determine if your concerns of mosquitos and/or ants were indeed valid. If your concerns were valid, I would have hopped on a remedy asap as we would never want our guests to have an unpleasant stay. Not only did she do a walk-through of the entire home, inside and out, but she took videos for us as well. As we suspected, the activity was minor and normal given you were outside. We also have all of our homes treated quarterly for all pests, inside and out, and on top of that, our landscaping crew sprays the yard as well. In addition, my husband, our daughter and my in-laws stayed at this property the week prior to your 5 minute arrival and departure, and he did not have this same experience whatsoever.... and he is a very picky guest, especially picky about our VRBOs as we care a lot about the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and keeping the values of our home high! Hopefully if you are a potential guest reading this review, and considering staying with us, you can see through the other reviews of our guests, on this home, and on our other VRBOs that we own, that we care a ton about our guests and their enjoyment of their time with us! We love hosting and take great pride in our homes! :)

We are so glad that you loved your stay with us Marcin! Glad you enjoyed the new heated pool and the area! :)

Thank you for the kind words Colleen. Please come back and see us again soon!

Thanks again for staying with us at, 'The Bay' Emad! We do have a pool cage now, which always tends to help with any pesky bugs, plus we do quarterly pest control inside and out of our homes. :) We'd love to have you back!

Thanks again for staying with us Stacie! Do come back :)

Thank you so much!
