Air conditioning was not cooling when we first arrived and was uncomfortable, especially on the top floor for awhile. Black mold was apparent around the vent in the upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed. Not sure about the other bathrooms. Dryer was definitely not working appropriately as had to repeat the dry cycle three times for clothes to dry properly.

Thank you for your feedback. The air conditioning issue was caused by a clogged drain line, which can occur due to the high humidity in our area and is not something we can always prevent. Once we were notified, we had someone at the property extremely quickly to resolve the issue. Regarding the concern around the upstairs vent, the moisture in the air can cause condensation and buildup around vents. We clean these areas regularly and do everything we can to stay ahead of the effects of the humidity in our area. The dryer issue was caused by a kinked dryer hose, which was corrected as soon as it was reported to us. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we could address them promptly.

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this house. The kids loved the bunkbeds. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch. Kitchen was well stocked. AC was nice and cold. Golf cart was clutch being that the house is a bit further from Camp Watercolor, Beach Club and Frog pool which are the ones we used the most. However the close proximity to Publix was really nice and convenient and the location is quiet and less busy for riding bikes with younger kids. We've stayed in more upgraded homes in Rosemary over the years at similar prices, but really enjoyed Watercolor and felt the house was a good value overall, especially with the golf cart. Would recommend!

Wonderful get away

Came here with a group of girlfriends for a relaxing girls weekend we all love the property. Thought the beds were comfortable very clean and beautiful home. Love the access to watercolors and all the amenities were nice. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

This is a great home- especially for a small family! The golf cart was great and my little boys enjoyed riding it everywhere we went. Also, property is in close proximity to Publix for groceries. My kids love camp watercolor and the beach club! Would definitely recommend this property!!

Fabulous property. Screened in porch is so peaceful that you don’t want to leave! Each bedroom on en suite making it perfect to travel with family or friends. Close to grocery store. Lots of room to spread out. Easy access to pools, beach, and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Azul is Awesome!!

Azul was awesome!The golf cart is invaluable. Azul’s location and proximity to Publix was so nice ! Having a grocery store so close - nobody wants to waste time shopping on vacation but it’s unavoidable.The house is beautiful and the water pressure was fantastic! We enjoyed taking the golf cart everywhere making a fun experience for all as it’s better than relying on Ride share or a car rental. WeWould definitely stay again!!!

Azul was a wonderful house to stay in for our trip with my daughters and their friends! It was so beautifully decorated, spacious, yet cozy, and we had plenty of towels. The grocery store was so close by which made it so convenient if we needed anything at all. This house is nestled in a sweet, quiet neighborhood that is located a short golf cart ride or bike ride to the beach. Beautiful place!! I hope we can stay again someday! Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us!!

Early April at Watercolor

First time visit with grandchildren for spring break. Large, well organized community. Main pools were very crowded so we were mostly at the Dragonfly pool. Parking near Camp Watercolor and Beach Club is limited and/or 25 a day, even for carts. Weather was so-so. Overall, still a good time and an excellent vacation community.

Family vacation in Watercolor

We loved our stay at this house! The house is brand new, clean and looks better in person than online. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. The beds are really comfy and we loved the screened in porch for enjoying our morning coffee. The location was great for us and we loved having access to the Watercolor Beach Club and Camp watercolor. It’s a short bike ride or golf cart trip to Seaside, the beach and the Beach club. Publix is walking distance. Hoping to come back next year!

Everything was wonderful. Loved the convenience of having the bicycles and golf cart. The Watercolor amenities are amazing! The only thing I would suggest is more storage in the bedrooms. There wasn’t quite enough room to unpack. I would definitely rent this property again.

I would say pretty nice. Good to have the golf cart and bikes included. Kitchen well stocked. Giving a 3 because of the air conditioning. It was freezing cold on the main floor and warm and humid upstairs. Very musty smell in the whole house. Including a picture of the disgusting moldy bathroom vents.

That said, I’m truly sorry about the issues you experienced with the air conditioning and the musty odor. This is not the experience we want for our guests. The temperature imbalance and the condition of the bathroom vents are absolutely concerns we take seriously.
