Escape to our charming studio villa, ideally located less than a five-minute walk from the plaza, beautiful white-sand beach, restaurants, cafés, gift shops, coffee houses, and ice cream shops.

The property offers a peaceful, relaxing setting, with quiet, palm-tree-lined streets and beautifully landscaped grounds featuring lush tropical plants. Guests can enjoy several outdoor seating areas throughout the property and around the year-round heated pool, perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, or simply relaxing in the fresh ocean air.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a dual coffee maker that accommodates both drip coffee and pods and an air fryer/convection oven combo. We offer complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon, making trips to the beach easy and hassle-free.

An outdoor grill with cooking utensils and complimentary propane is also available for guest use. Convenient complimentary parking for one vehicle is included.

Great visit

This rental was in perfect walking distance to everything in Lauderdale by the sea...the beach, restaurants, bars, walgreens, etc. Friendly hosts and cute small space as well.

Cozy and Close to the Beach 🏖️

My stay overall was very good. The space is perfect for 1-2 people. Beach towels and some bottled waters were included which was a nice touch. Bed was comfy and beach was super close. Lots of great restaurants in the area in walking distance. Negatives: Pool was a bit dirty, I only stayed 2 nights so maybe it stormed right before my stay. A/C was extremely loud, ended up turning it off at night to sleep, tho some people might like the white noise. For the price and area it was a great deal.

Outdoor Space Very Inviting

This unit is perfect for a short stay since it it is a common area with a bed, one chair, a bistro table with 2 chairs and a basic kitchen. The bbq was great but the counter space in the kitchen made cooking very tricky. We eat very healthy so always look for a kitchen to prepare food. The outdoor shared area/pool is very nice and inviting. We spent most of our time outdoors and met some other guests. Thank you and have a nice day...
