Immaculate property, centrally located to beaches, restaurants and shopping! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Excellent communication with the host. We would recommend this to our friends and family. Very safe and lovely neighborhood. We hope to return and stay here again!

We came for a wedding and had a great time! The beaches are beautiful and the house was in a great location. We saw a dolphin and a school of rays off the dock one morning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodations were fantastic, the house was beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). Our host was amazing, incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. The only thing he couldn’t control was Mother Nature! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Family Exploration Trip

The house was very nice. The grandkids loved the pool and floaties that came with the house. The beach was a little far to walk, especially with the traffic on the roads. However, it was an amazing stay. The garage that fit two cars was welcomed.

A very modern property in an excellent location

We were very impressed with this wonderfully modernized and exceptionally clean and comfortable home. The host is the most responsive we have ever had, and the beds very comfortable (the master the best we’ve ever enjoyed in a VRBO). The pool was perfectly clean and a great place to sit in sun or shade. The showers are versatile and amazing- spa quality! The location is close to the beach and the walking times in the listing were spot on. Lovely to be on the inlet so not a lot of boat traffic. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Marco.

Dear Max, I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. However, I want to clarify the situation regarding the extra charges for the early check-in and late check-out. You specifically requested additional 9 hours of stay, as shown in your message a couple of days prior to your arrival: MAX: "Hello, Is there any chance, of course paying more, if we can check in around 1 pm and check out around 4 pm?" In response, we provided a quote and outlined the details clearly: DARPAN: "Hello, Yes, we can accommodate your request. The cost for a 4 PM checkout will be $499. We will also coordinate with the cleaners to have the house ready for a 1 PM check-in. Please note that we have guests checking out at 10 AM the same morning. Please confirm so we can coordinate accordingly." Your reply confirmed your acceptance: MAX: "Yes, okay. Let me know if we can make it. Send the payment link. Thanks." Regarding your comment about the warm house, we regret any inconvenience. We provided instructions to adjust the thermostat to your requirement yourself, and we set it to 74 degrees immediately as requested by you in your message. Given the clear agreement on the additional fees and the effort to accommodate your early check in and late checkout request, I believe the review stating that we unfairly charged you does not reflect the full context. Enjoyable Stay

We had a short stay over holiday weekend. Lovely outdoor pool. Home was cozy and kitchen was perfectly stocked with what we needed. There is a new home under construction next door but it was not disruptive to us at all.
