Mill Creek Retreat Scenic Cottage

Visiting Nashville and need a quiet space to retreat to after touring or visiting family n friends. Our home is tucked away in the Nolensville area. Just cross (Mill Creek) and retreat to our peaceful cottage on green acres with a park - like setting.
Our guest cottage offers 3 beds and 2 baths and sleeps 6-8 comfortably. This is on the main level of our guest home. Cottage is fully furnished and sure to give you some peace, space and quiet. Our other private and separate unit is a lower Guest suite with a walkout basement that is completely separate it may be rented by other guests during your stay or if you have a large group it’s perfect. Also has its own entrance and separate deck space. The best views of our property are observed from the large deck and big picture window. . You may observe wildlife, deer, hawks and turkey.
Publix, Kroger and Aldi is within a half mile. Nolensville town center is under 2 miles away. Ryman Theatre in Nashville is 25 min, Grand Ole Opry is 35 minutes, Franklin is 25 minutes, Brentwood is 15 minutes, BNA airport is 25 minutes, there are multiple grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops all within minutes from the home. Enjoy walks on our trails on our property. Property is under 24 hour surveillance with security cameras.

Enjoyable Stay

House is on a huge spacious well-kept lot, located towards the back of the lot alongside trees. It is located just off a busy street that surprised us a bit, but was ok. Grocery stores, gas stations, and services are nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially with the beauty of the scenery. The owners had provided everything that we needed and more. It was a perfect location, very close to our family who live in Nolensville. For such a busy area, the grounds provided a nature sanctuary. We would choose to stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

Loved being outside of Nashville. Nolensville had just what we needed. Driving up for the first time we could see the beautiful Christmas tree through the large picture window. Access to Nashville was simple via the interstate system. We came from VA, KY and CA to celebrate Christmas together. We knew no one in the area, but we now know a terrific lady, Amy, the property manager. If we are ever back in the area, this is definitely the house we would stay.

Wonderful Retreat!

The MillCreek Retreat is an wonderful escape from the big city. We saw otters and cranes in the creek. The smell of the trees immediately lower the blood pressure. Amazingly as remit as it seems you are within a mile of 2 grocery stores and a Walmart. The house is well equipped to cook whatever your heart desires. The hosts live next door and we’re easy to reach. The check out process was easy. The living room is nice with lots of seating for a family movie night. 10/10 recommend this adorable retreat.

Girls Trip!

This was a great place to stay! Short & easy drive to Nashville and Franklin! Amy was very pleasant and responded very quickly with any questions. I have stayed at many VRBO locations and she was the first host to call me personally before our stay to check in. She was very helpful with recommendations om places to go. We will stay there again if we go back to Nashville!!!

Fantastic location in the trees!

Great property for a friends/family stay. Nice patio for hanging out with all the necessary amenities. The house is down a private driveway with several other homes but still felt very quiet and private, yet close to local dining and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great little hideaway

This property was an absolute joy! We had the luxury of being not too far from Nashville and feeling like we where in the country. The joys of listening to the birds in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee was wonderful. The owners went above and beyond what our needs were. The house was very clean and spacious. This is a must to stay at!!!

Great place to stay

Easy in-easy out. Nice quite retreat- like location. Near whatever you may need for your stay. Perfect place to unwind after visiting the craziness of the city which is only about a 20 minute drive away. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoy hospitality and love hosting and meeting our guests! We work hard to take care of our beautiful property and enjoy sharing it with our guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We own 14 acres in a busy area - but once you drive over our bridge that crosses over Mill Creek and drive the long driveway back to the home alongside the hill - you immediately feel as though you are in the country! The home sits far back from the road and there are only three homes on the 26 acres that surround the homes. We are close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc and downtown Nashville is only a 30 minute drive straight down our road! Nolensville is only two miles away. We host many guests who have family in the Nolensville/Brentwood area and also guests who want to visit the Nashville area since we a central to Nashville and Franklin.

Our property is unique for its scenic country like setting, distance from other homes,(there are only three homes on the surrounding 26 acres). We have natural trails to walk on and are close to grocery stores and great restaurants .Near I-65 and I-24.
