While we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, the views were exceptional. The unit photographs well and we found it to be more dated than in the pictures. The check in and out was smooth. The kitchen is not very well stocked. The gym was not included in the price when my adult daughter tried to use it. Overall, it served our needs for the short time we were in Waikiki.

The condo layout was exactly as described and worked well for our group of five—we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were enough towels and essentials provided for our stay.That said, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The AC in the main living area didn’t effectively cool the room, which made it uncomfortable at times. When I reported this to the owner I was told the building maintained the ACs. I wasnt given any direction on who to contact.We also noticed mold around the AC vents, as well as in parts of the bathrooms and kitchen. For a longer stay, this would have been a bigger concern, as air quality is important and something guests shouldn’t have to worry about.Parking was another challenge—it was both expensive and difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle.On a positive note, the views were absolutely spectacular and a highlight of the stay.Overall, while the space and location had strong positives, the maintenance and comfort issues should be addressed.

I feel we should have been told we had no pool access. It was a huge detriment staying in Hawaii without a pool. My filter and the pics showed a nice pool area.

Perfect for a quick Waikiki get away.

This home was perfect for a quick weekend in Honolulu. Easy access to Waikiki, food truck park, amazing restaurants. The home was basic and could probably use some freshening up of painting, etc., but it was a delightful stay overall

Great views in the middle of downtown

Condo was well kept. Appeared just as in pictures. Well supplied with needed amenities & extras! Glitch with check-in process but easily resolved. Parking on site with a fee. Would recommend!

We were given the wrong code to get in. Security was ready to leave when we got there. If we had been 10 minutes later we would have had to stay somewhere else.The beds were small.

Great little stay

We stayed for three nights between Christmas and new year. With teens the key access and lock. BOx was perfect so they had freedom to do their own thing. The views were OUTSTANDING mountains, cancel ocean and sunrises were. Awesome. Some things are a bit dated and we managed our expectations based on past reviews but were pleasantly surprised, everything was great

Exactly what I expected

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel with a concierge this is not the place for you. If you want a roomy, clean, fun location with a full kitchen and the most gorgeous view you could ever imagine.. book NOW!! Management has fantastic communication. All questions answered in a timely manner. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of sheets and towels including beach towels. Would stay here again!

6 adults with a penthouse view

Obviously the view was spectacular for our short stay. The food truck court just steps away was very VERY convenient, delicious and had a great atmosphere for family dining out in Hawaii. The breakfast bakery and coffee shop had super tasting coffee and the owners were delightful. Parking was charged to us at 45 per day, not 40 and very tight spaces. The unit would be really nice if updated and came with a few kitchen amenities for the coffee machine at least. Furniture could use a good cleaning as the pull was used as a bed. I called the property manager and left a message via the phone service but never heard back at least during our stay. Prior, the communication was good.

We were highly disappointed in arriving at the designated property to find out it was unavailable due to plumbing issues. The property owner moved us to a property at Diamond Head, which he stated was an upgrade. Unfortunately, it was marginal at best. The furniture was heavily worn and outdated. It included an old outdoor patio table and a soiled futon in the living room. Each room had an air conditioner which was extremely loud and not efficient. We had planned to spend most of our time in the Waikīkī Beach area but the displacement spoiled our whole trip. The only positive experience were excellent sunset views. We understand things do happen but this was definitely not a rewarding experience. Therefore, we will not use VRBO properties anymore.
