Fully renovated Cozy Oceanfront 3 BR/2 BA condo will allow you to escape to paradise. Enjoy jaw dropping ocean views from the balcony of the Isla Verde area and all it has to offer. Be in the middle of the action with city views on all bedrooms of this corner unit and beautiful ocean views from the kitchen and living room. Condo is fully equipped and this is a wonderful space to enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico. Building is 5 minutes from SJU airport with access from the lobby to one of the best beaches in the island. Many restaurants in the area are walking distance and other sights and activities are easily accessible by car.

Time with family

There were a few hiccups, but overall our stay was enjoyable. The owner/leasing agent was very responsive when things popped up. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was just as described. Amazing views, everything you will need for water front stay. Beach chairs, buggy boards, coolers, my kids loved everything about place and so did my wife and I. You have everything close by within walking distance. My wife and I are already planning our next vacation and will definitely book this place again

Beach Get Away in Paradise

This condo is amazing! Just steps away from the beach and incredible ocean views from the eighth floor balcony. The place is clean and perfect for a family. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids. Our kids are 11 and under so there was plenty of space for all of us even though they shared beds. The host was great and always replied quickly. We would stay again without hesitation!

Great spot right on Isla Verde Beach

We had a few minor hiccups with power and water interruptions, but this place was great for our annual trip to PR. We love Isla Verde beach and this trip was great despite a few small inconveniences. The unit was as described and had plenty of space for us; we wished there were more books for hanging towels, beach bags, etc but this is a common ask we have at any rental. We LOVED the amount of toys and entertainment there was for our little - this was the most family-friendly unit we’ve stayed in. We were generously taken care of for the power and water outages which are outside anyone’s control. Would stay again in Marbella!

First time to Puerto Rico!

My husband, that passed away in 2023, spent a lot of time there working for the army reserve. He loved it and wanted to take me to visit but we never made it! So me, my 2 daughters and my 2 Grandaughter's decided to go! We loved it! It was beautiful! Safe area and nice people!

Stay at Marbella

We loved the property, it was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy a week at the beach.The manager was very responsive and provided recommendations for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Isla Verde Beach

Isla Verde Beach is beautiful. They keep it impeccably clean. Waves are small but can get a little boogie boarding in. We are a family of 6 kids ranging from 16-22 and there’s plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Jet ski and parasailing is just a 10 minute walk. The outside of condo isn’t much to look at but it is beautiful on the inside and has everything you could need. Old San Juan is about 30 minute drive with traffic. The beach and condo are great for families of all ages. My only two negatives are the noise level on street side, but we bought fans to drown out the noise while we slept and if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The second negative is only one parking spot. Very limited street parking which id also dangerous when not used to narrow parking. There is a lot behind Walgreens across from condo if you can get a spot for $5 a day but others charge $20 a day or $3 per hour depending on activities going on at the beach. Just know ahead of time if renting more than one car, expect to pay more for parking. Police patrol a lot so we never felt unsafe even at night. It is absolutely gorgeous here and we would definitely rent this place again.

Fabulous view!

Our group had the best time here. Plenty of space and had everything we needed! The location was perfect! Beautiful ocean view and close to restaurants, stores, and casino (we walked). The staff was friendly and helpful!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed this property it was perfect for 5 adults and the views were amazing our complaint is that the bedrooms are street side and very loud at night for sleeping...most nights we heard partying past 3am...otherwise our host was great and she made arrangements for us to be able to check in the evening before our scheduled day!!

San Juan in November

The condo was wonderful. The two bars/restaurants open 24 hours across from the bedrooms, were noisy all night, sometimes until 6:30 am. It was not a restful stay because of the non-stop noise.

Isla Verde 8 floor ocean view

Great Condo! Just renovated. Beautiful ocean view. Love the shower and water pressure in there! Lots of spices, utensils, oven and microwave/convection combo that worked well. The community is under renovation. Nice towels and beach chairs for use by tenants. 5 stars! Beds are very comfortable as well.
