New Dryer Just Installed!

Just off of route 1 and just 3 miles to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, downtown tax-free shopping and beaches.

The luxury condo is within walking to the the outlets, several restaurants like Cracker Barrel, and the Park and Ride. You can enjoy a day at the pool, relax on our screened in porch, or by the beach.

The Living room is the perfect place to relax with a couch, love seat, and swivel chair and 50" HDTV.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking, baking and eating supplies.
Kitchen table seats 6 with a counter height bar for an additional 2 people.
Screened in porch also has a table and 4 chairs for your enjoyment.
Outside sun porch has a small table and 4 chairs also.
NEW Washer and Dryer added for 2024
Condo is located on the second floor so you will have to walk up some steps.

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

"Welcome to the Palms Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Palms Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Palms Community.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

We had a great long weekend at the beach! The condo is so close to downtown Rehoboth so we were able to easily come back after a day on the beach and change for dinner. All of the beds were comfortable and we had access to everything we needed.

Wonderful Condo and Great Location

The condo was very spacious, clean and in a great location. The complex has a very nice pool and is located just a few short minutes drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We will definitely be back.

Great place, has all you need.

The house is amazing. Has everything you need, even found a beach wagon to trek all our kids stuff. Pool is also refreshing and wasn’t crazy busy. Dryer has been fixed! We had to take the Dart to the beach because we couldn’t find parking. Walked to the crab house and it was amazing. Great house would definitely stay again.

Great location

This place was in a perfect location for everything fun in Rehoboth. One thing to really be aware of is the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes well. It left us in a rough situation of staying up way too late to get them dried after we had washed two loads and were leaving out early the next morningb. Other than that the pool was clean and refreshing after the fun day at the ocean. Had everything we needed. Definitely will recommend.

Vacation Vibes

I just want to say that the place looked exactly like the pictures! It was a nice family oriented condo. You can tell they really care about the property and the cleanliness . The condo is also in a perfect location, right on the strip where you have access to everything(food,tanger outlets, grocery store etc) It’s also about a 8/10 minutes to the beach depending on the traffic. Great area with access to the pool. We had one small issue with us not receiving the code but Steve the owner was able to provide that for us and making sure the rest of our arrival was as smooth as possible. I would def recommend staying here!

Home away from home

I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place.

The property was lovely and we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your property. The code did not work and had to be recalibrated causing checkin process to be very upsetting in the heat of the day. I never rec’d any response to an email msg and a personal message left with the owners about beach gear availability. Met some lovely and very helpful owners of other units while visiting

Management of the property lacks civility. We were unable to open the lock with the code as given. He responded after we lost the afternoon on the beach or pool and waited in the hot sun, while opening the door with a credit card. He then went on to blame us for the lock problem and asking us to download a convoluted app on our phones. Coffee pot available no coffee nor water filter or pitcher. Overall very negative experience and treatment. We have rented in Rehoboth for over 5 years and have never seen such deplorable behavior and conditions. See photos below.

Great stay

We stayed in August 2022. Overall we had a great stay. Set up/ layout of condo was well thought out and flowed well. Comfy couches and beds. Clothes dryer needs very small loads to actually dry in one cycle. Primary bedrooms closet fits a pack n play nicely. There was also a cot folded up in the closet with sheets which would’ve been handy if needed. There were some clothing items left behind from another guest which I bagged up and tried contacting property management about. I left a voicemail and never heard back from them. Plenty of games were included and our kids had lots of fun. Our current needs for space are growing so we will not be returning to this condo solely because we need more bedrooms. When our needs change we will absolutely look to book here again. Conveniently located between Lewes and Rehoboth.

The check in went smoothly, code to door worked with no problems. Condo was as advertised, fully stocked kitchen. Everything you needed for the beach including a wagon. Condo was close to mall, restaurants, activities and beach. Was very pleased with the outside sitting area. Would book again. As a side note rails in the bathtubs would be a nice touch.

Ideal location

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms. It's close to outlet shopping a just a short drive to the beach. The screened porch was nice to relax in during the early morning.

Nice spot!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week with our two young children. They loved the pool, as did we, and it was only a few steps from the building to get there. The place felt clean to us—the kitchen could use a degreasing of the cabinets, but I felt very comfortable sitting on the sofa…which is rare for me because I’m somewhat germaphobic. The bathrooms were great—I appreciated the low height of the sink in the main bath because my kids could really use the sink. I didn’t mind bringing my own linens—it’s the first time I’ve done that, but it was nice having a taste of home. The wagon was AWESOME! I didn’t know they had one, but it made life a breeze getting to and from the beach and boardwalk. Our son was actually able to lay down and nap on it. There was lots of seating, and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. A few issues came up during our stay but the property contact was responsive. You could tell they take pride in how this place looks…the paint and trim looked great. It didn’t look like a high traffic rental, and is definitely not a neglected property.
