3/2 condo, balcony with beautiful water view, washer and dryer, walking distance to beach, pool with hot tub, gated community, spacious parking lot, elevator, all amenities included.
Master bedroom has a king bed with an independent door to the balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two single beds.

Peaceful Beach Vacation

This location was kind of a surprise. Having previously lived in Naples, I was unaware of how close this property was to everything we enjoyed about Naples, but serenely away from the Hubbub of town. Definitely a hidden gem!

Great location.

Enjoyed proximity to the beach. Wonderful view from lanai. Facilities met our expectations, and then some.

Excellent condo in perfect location

This condo is excellent, and has it all. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are also very spacious and modern. The kitchen has all new appliances and all the tools you might need. The dryer and washer appliances are also new. The balcony has a nice view, and is great to have breakfast, or just unwind. The location of the condo is perfect, since you can walk to the beach, and that makes your vacation much nicer. Last but not least, the owner is very gracious and attentive, and will make sure you have the best time.

Fabulous 3bedroom condo in North Naples

Loved this VRBO. IMO this is the best location in Naples. Short walk to Deleanor Wiggins State park. This CORNER unit is newly remodeled w new furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen (salt&pepper, oil, sandwich baggies, blender, coffee maker, lots of dishes, glassware, Tupperware, pots and pans), laundry/utility (batteries, tape, softener, soap), bathrooms (FLUFFY towels!!!!, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers), closet (Beach towels!!!!, 4 beach chairs, 2 pool noodles, 2 small coolers w freezer packs in freezer). 3 nice size bedrooms (all with water views!!!!!) and 2 roll away beds. Loads of sheets and bedding. 2 separate dining areas both seat 6 people. Comfortable couches in spacious living room. Screen enclosed balcony w seating for 4. Loved having morning coffee out here a watching dolphins in the canal. Large 42” (?) smart TV and excellent AC and WiFi. Fully accessible and safe. Private parking area next to pool. Nice pool with showers to rinse off sand from beach. No issues. Perfect stay. Sliding glass patio doors are so clean DON’T walk into them. Excellent communication w owner. Sorry we arrived so late but it was wonderful to personally meet you. Enjoy this quite 5-star retreat!!!!!

Great condo and great location!

First off the pictures do not do justice to the condo. It’s a beautiful unit with lots off sunshine in the morning. We love the Vanderbilt area and the location of this condo is perfect
.3 min walk to the beach and easy to get to and from the condo by car. The condo is also very comfortable and we could have easily stayed much longer. This unit is definitely on my list of favorites and am looking forward to coming back again. Lastly, the owner was easy to deal with and just made the overall experience very pleasant.
