Step outside onto the furnished balcony and relax as you look out on the beautiful ocean and beach located mere feet away - there are great views in every direction! Additional features include free WiFi access, central AC, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking for one car.

Take a tour of the area and find that you're just steps away from midtown Ocean City's most popular restaurants, shops, and attractions, including Seacrets, Dumser's Dairyland, Odyssea Watersports, Maui Golf, Candy Kitchen, and Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill. In addition, Ocean City's convenient beach bus (ride all day for $3) will provide you with easy transportation to the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk in a matter of minutes.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
