This cute little condo has been fully renovated and is perfect for a beach getaway. You are merely steps away from the sand in your toes and the sea salt air on your skin. Your clothes are the only thing you need to pack because we pretty much thought of everything else. It can be found tucked away at the end of a quiet street but easily accessible to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!

We will definitely stay here again! The property owner was very easy to deal with! If I had a question, she answered quickly. The access to the beach is within steps from this condo. It is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Easy access to food, fun and grocery. The perfect getaway for two!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Just steps away from the beach where we spent as much of our time as we could. Grocery store and shops within a few minutes drive or walkable if necessary. Staci was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any requests. It is a beautiful place to stay! Hoping to be back in the future

Best romantic getaway

Nothing short of extraordinary!! We feel in love w this place, it was even better than pictured!! Exceptionally clean, so modern & cute w most up to date renovations, & stocked w plenty of supplies. Beach’s literally steps away just over the dune. And not very crowded at all! We were pleasantly surprised.Only recommendation will make is if you have newer chairs especially w cup holders bring em! Forewent ours missing them, tho the ones available suited the purpose. Will definitely be returning for longer visit, a week just wasn’t long enough!!

Hidden Gem

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect and clean and the check in process was so easy. Great communication with host and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. We will be staying again!

Great experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks we stayed here. The check in process was a breeze and communication with Staci was excellent. The place was comfortable, clean, spacious and very well stocked with all the essentials. The location was terrific - the beach was a very short walk along a pathway just steps from the yard. The complex was small, peaceful and very quiet. We had lots of privacy as we sat on the patio and listened to the waves crashing. It was so convenient to be able to park just outside the door. A great experience!

Amazing property

We really enjoyed staying here. The host made sure we were comfortable and checked in on us. The short walk to the beach was amazing. We were even fortunate enough to catch a rocket launch right from the beach! This is a beautiful location and we will definitely be back!

Fresh, Clean, Comfy & Convenient!

I enjoyed my week-long stay here. Because this place was renovated in the last couple of years, it feels really fresh & modern! It's immaculately clean. The bed is comfy & cozy. Kitchen was really easy to use. The location is convenient to everything. And most important to me, it was super close with easy access to the beach. It's right out the back door and over the dune! Can't get any closer! Parking was easy, right out front. I liked that it was an end unit. Not much noise from neighbors. It's a small, quiet, 2-story complex. I also easily used the coin washer/dyer with no issue. Great stay! Great place! Highly recommend.

This place has everything

We loved being on the beach and our view of the dunes. The unit is nicely finished and furnished and we had everything we needed. We ate 3 times at Coconuts On The Beach and we loved going over to Cocoa village to dine and shop. Great location on the strip.

Relaxing in the sunshine

This property was perfect for me and my husband. It was well stocked and comfortable. Even though we couldn't see the water, we could hear the waves. Access to the beach was about 2-3 minutes and being on the ground floor was handy. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and everything else we needed. Communication with Staci was easy and she was quick to respond to our questions.

Great beach retreat

Loved this little condo steps away from the beach & within walking distance to many places to eat & drink! Golf, Merritt Island & Space Center a short distance away. We were lucky enough to see a space X launch from the beach. This 1 bedroom condo is up to date, warm & welcoming. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Home away from home

Absolutely great location, my mom loved being a minute walk from the beach. Close location to the space center, cocoa beach pier, and a host of unique restaurants. Loved the decorations in all the rooms. I plan to come back in the future!

Great spot

We would absolutely love to stay here again. The place was a lovely size and furnished so nicely. It was in a great location, private little yard area, and direct access to the beach. My family of four felt right at home! Thank you for having us. We look forward to calling it home again on our next Cocoa Beach visit.
