An unbeatable value for Bradenton Beach! Close to the beach, easy access to shops on Holmes Beach and Bridge Street, and a great pool for kids. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right across the street from a public beach access, making it easy to spend time on the beach! The property was quiet, both in the building itself and the surrounding streets. It was perfect for our beach vacation.

Super great rental, everything was really clean. It’s in an amazing location. A 2 minute walk and you’re on the water. The property has a lot of beach items that were amazing to have available. Also really close to pharmacy and grocery store. Overall a fantastic stay

Quick beach getaway

The check in process was easy. Aside from the shower head being broken and not being able to get it fixed until the next day, the unit was clean and close to the beach.

Great Family Getaway!

I’ve stayed on AMI several times and was a little hesitant about not being beachfront, but this place was such a pleasant surprise. We were actually just across the street and felt closer to the beach than some beachfront properties that I'd previously stayed.The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The management team was fantastic and easy to work with.My grandsons especially loved the quiet side street and the pool—it made the trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice place

The property was in a great location. Master bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! Upstairs neighbors were very noisy at all hours of the day and night. Would stay again.

Family Beach Trip

Anna Maria Island has been our family go to vacation for the past 3 years and we have stayed in one of the properties at Lazy Livin for each. Each of the condos is unique, but this property has been updated compared to some of the other units that we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Easy beach access and all the amenities

This stay was perfect for me, my husband, and our friends. It was so close to the beach and had a beautiful pool. It provided all the essentials for the beach such as towels, chairs, and floats. We would definitely return. Thank you for helping us make memories!

Steps to beach

Nice little place. Clean and close to beach. Had beach towels and chairs for use. Pool was great too. Could use a bathroom fan, a mirror outside the bathroom, and a folding drying rack for wet suits/towels. Good stay.

Best location

Very clean, location was amazing! Would stay again and highly recommend! Bring plastic ware as there are no eating utensils. Using the oven and stove top simultaneously causes the breaker to flip. The pillows weee comfortable, beds comfortable, pool was clean and very refreshing! Walk to beach was short. Again this is the best location on the island for our purposes. Quiet neighborhood!

Week of fun and relaxing

The property was an excellent choice. It is a short walk to Bradenton. Beach that is clean and a perfect spot to spend the day and evening with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended from 5 to 7 nights hassle free. This unit has a keyless entry, which was a plus for three adults and two children. The location is conveniently located. We had a fabulous trip.
