Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot Tub, BBQ`s, Tennis, Pickleball courts, Basketball, Exercise room. In the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches. Wander around walkways & bridges directly to the tropical gardens & gorgeous waterfalls.

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location, West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Parkshore resort

The condo was absolutely immaculate. Was the cleanest place ive stayed at. There was so many things supplied to make our stay comfortable. Everything we possibly needed was supplied for us.overall rhe condo was exceptional decorated with great taste. I would only come back here next time im in naples and would highly recommend. 10/10

Great stay at Park Shore Resort Naples

We visit Naples often. This is our second stay at at Park Shore. Josh’s condo is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant. The location is very convenient and close to all our favorite spots.

Great value for the area

Great place pool and restaurant very nice. Construction going on was loud early but once done wont be an issue. Bathrooms a touch dated would be the only negative of the place. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking on premises.

Nice winter getaway

This will be our second year staying at Park Shore Resort. We really enjoy the location of this condo complex being close to restaurants and beaches. Our condo had minor issues but thanks to our host Josh Emberg they was taken care of immediately. The condo was clean and has been partly updated from the last one we had rented. This is a third floor unit which we do like since they do have elevators and are in the process of being updated also. There is major work going on now with the whole complex to update and improve it so I’m expecting a whole different look for next year when I arrive. You will find the people you meet will be friendly and informative since many have been going there for years.

One thing to mention; water in the toilets was grey. Hot water in sink, when shaving, was grey with stuff floating in it. Removed one toilet tank lid and a grey, muddy substance was in the bottom. I agitated it and flushed the residue but never got better. Obviously, in the hot water heater, too. Very nice remodel and loved the showers. The W&D were a real convenience and we left towels drying. Tommy Mabry

First time at a vrbo

My first experience with vrbo was a great one. This boast was fantastic. The condo was clean and stocked with necessities such as cups plates pans and even had coffee for us. Highly recommended
