The space
This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is located on a quiet dead end road in Merritt Island, Florida. The house has a two car garage (with an additional fridge and freezer) and large driveway with plenty of parking. In the fenced backyard you will find an in ground pool, gas fireplace with seating, enclosed trampoline, and 2 paddle boards as well as 2 kayaks for river fun.

On the main level you can enjoy the kitchen and open floor plan to the living room, with plenty of seating at the eat in kitchen table or large island. Additionally, there is a large dining room table that is great for family and group meals. There is also a 10 person outdoor dining table, lit with string lights and a fan to keep cool. Watch the sunset through the french doors that line the back of the house, or sit on the wicker patio furniture and enjoy the fresh air! There is a smart tv in the main living room, and also another in the additional TV room near the front of the house, that can be closed off with french doors. There is 1 full bath next to a bedroom with a comfy queen bed. There is a half bath off the kitchen for easy access from the pool. Lastly, enjoy a dedicated office workspace with river views on the main level. There is also a full size washer and dryer for guest use.

On the second level, you will find the other 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, exercise room with a treadmill and free weights, reading nook, and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub with river views, walk in shower, and double vanity. Down the hall are two bedrooms, one queen bed and the other with two twin beds, connected with a jack and jill bathroom and they also include vanities with sinks in each bedroom. Across the hall are two more bedrooms that include a queen bed and a king bed. We have an additional twin size roll out bed that can be added to any room for extra sleeping space. There is also a bookcase with plenty of good reads, legos, coloring books, and other activities for adults and kids to enjoy!

Guests have access to the entire home! We encourage our guests to take advantage of all the house has to offer, while respecting and caring for the space and amenities like they were their own.

This home is located in a quiet, residential area and is perfect for larger groups or families. Please note no parties or large gatherings are allowed. We respect our neighbors and community by only hosting guests who can show the same respect.
