6 lits exec. Télévision 65 '' dans le salon et toutes les chambres ont une télévision, certaines sont "intelligentes". L'espace détente du palier dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un ordinateur wii et de jeux pour toute la famille, ainsi que d'internet / wifi. La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec une grande salle de bain privée et une douche séparée, un placard et des portes donnant sur le balcon donnant sur le lac. Cette zone a un ensemble de patio et des chaises longues. Les deux autres chambres avec lits queen-size se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée, l'une avec des portes donnant sur la terrasse / lanai. Une autre chambre à l'étage a un lit queen size et partage la salle de bain familiale avec la chambre à deux lits. L'autre chambre à deux lits est en bas prÚs de la porte d'entrée et a eu une porte plus large installée pour l'accÚs en fauteuil roulant et a une salle de douche en face. 6 chambres et 5 salles de bain. La salle de jeux comprend une table de billard en ardoise de 8 pieds, des fléchettes, un air hockey, une télévision, une table de ping-pong, une table et des tabourets pour les spectateurs! Nous avons également une rampe pour la porte d'entrée.

La cuisine rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e dispose de plans de travail en granit et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner avec des ustensiles, des casseroles et des poĂȘles, etc. La piscine / jacuzzi filtrĂ©e a beaucoup de chaises longues, tables et chaises sous une longue lanai avec assez de meubles pour tout le monde, plus un ventilateur / lumiĂšre. BoĂźte avec un assortiment de jouets. La piscine a Ă©galement une lumiĂšre colorĂ©e changeante.
Poinciana est situĂ© dans une zone de conservation et est une station fermĂ©e avec un sentier de la nature et aire de jeux. La pĂȘche est autorisĂ©e dans le lac.

Golf outing

Great house and location for our needs. One negative: the hot tub wasn't. We would like to rent this unit again in 2026, but want the jacuzzi to have hot water.

The Connors & Stoughtons Family Trip 2024

The house was nice and big for 12 people. We liked how it was a gated community. However, we thought there could be better communication about the door and alarm system. I did set off the alarm after following the directions and by the way the police officers were nice. Some accommodations we recommend are getting shower mats so not slippery, stocking up on kitchen items such as dishwasher soap for each day, condiments, trash bags and more toilet paper. The sliding glass door to enter pool should be replace. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but the hot tub wasn't warm enough. Overall, if make accommodations then we will be back again. Thanks :-)

Needs attention

Home needs lots of updating. Most bath towels are bleach stained. Bathroom had leftover toothpaste on the wall from previous renter, YUCK! All pool and hot tub lights are not in working order, which the property manager knew about but never informed us. The lights and fan to the outside lanai didn’t work either. Property only has basic cable tv and all the remotes are not programmed property. The primary bedroom television is also not in working order. One of the couches is broken/damaged and the pool table has damage as well. It would be a great place if updates were done or even a simple walkthrough was made prior to checkin to make sure everything is in working order and clean for their guests. The property management was pleasant on the phone but they clearly don’t care because they are aware of things that need attention but won’t fix them.

Getaway

After a quick ride to the grocery store for food my family and I made some wonderful meals and enjoyed the pool area with games in the game room as well as the games we brought. House and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We had a great vacation the house was just as it said and showed on the pictures Plenty of room for my family the location was great I did occur a few issues but they were corrected within 24 hours management was great to deal with and response was very quick I would most definitely stay there again

Family vacation

This house was everything we were looking for in our 3 family Disney/Universal family vacation. Previous reviews about ants and small driveway had us nervous but everything was wonderful. We did see some very small ants in a few places but we made sure to keep food away and counters clean. This was not a big issue. The driveway is a little small but we fit two minivans in it ok. It’s a tight squeeze but still worked. The location was great, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Plenty of room for our party of 9!

Weekly stay at cumbrian lakes

Good location, quiet and proximity to Disney is a plus. Owner lives in UK and is good to work with. Property manager was responsive since we had multiple things that had to get addressed. Pool remote that controls lights outside etc. didn't work. Property manager told me he had recently changed batteries but not sure why it wouldn't work. He then brought a stand alone light (push button light switch) which we used for pool time (limited since it was quite cold outside). The dryer power switch (soft press) wouldnt work (takes several presses with thump or index finger and sometimes still wont work) qhich we had also informed the property manager. Also ants showed up out of nowhere and we had to put pretty much everything inside thr fridge to protect food items. I can think of these as minor issues. Overall we had a good stay and recommend property. Regards.

Poor communication style from property manager!

We rented the home and requested that the hot tub be warmed prior to arriving, which is what the ad requested if you wanted to use the pool and hot tub. We got there and it was cold and decided to give it a day to warm up. Checked next day, still cold. Reached out to owner, who is lives in UK. She was VERY nice to deal with but the property manager was a different story. the owner was notified that the heat was broken but that information was never relayed to us and the owner seemed surprised that the manager didn't even leave us a note. I called the manager and admitted that he didn't leave a note or try to reach out to us but also keep insisting that it was working, when in fact it wasn't. The pump had been torn apart and he was waiting for someone to come fix it but yet still kept saying that it was working. I finally told him that we would unfortunately have to agree to disagree because I refused to continue to argue with him. We also had issues with the TVs not working in the home. Sugar ants were fun, we knew based on reviews that they were an issue and we tried to make sure things were in the fridge and counters kept clean but it was like they knew someone was there. The owner of the property did refund us for the heat of the pool which was nice of her to do. My biggest frustration was with the property manager and how he handled the situation. He never took any responsibility for lack of communication until after I texted the owner the outcome of my conversation with him, then he texted me what felt like a very backhanded apology. So on a 4 night/5 day stay we got to use the hot tub on the last night, which was the only reason we went with this home.

Thanksgiving 2022

When we arrived at the property it was dark. We were able to get into the home with no problem. The entry light was out so we unloaded our vehicles without being able to see where we were stepping. The emergency light was hanging from the wall, was told by the management company that it has been like that for years. We battled ants in the kitchen our entire stay. We did not use the pool as there was a cloudy film throughout the pool, so we paid $120 for nothing. The fan and light on the pool deck did not work and light bulbs needed to be changed in several locations in the house. There were two trash bins, one was full and the other was more than half full upon our arrival. Most of my concerns were made to the management company, but nothing was done to correct any of the issues.

Good and spacious

The beds were comfortable, we had six children with us so there was room for everyone as well as enough bathrooms, the appliances need updating, the chairs on the upstairs balcony need replacing and the pool cover, the toilet paper holder in the down stairs bathroom need to moved closer, the walk in showers were very spacious , we were close to all attractions, we had a wonderful time all in all.

We first went to this villa with our friends George and Josie Hands.
We liked it so much for all its attributes and location when they decided to sell we bought it!!
And what a great place to be - only 15mins from Disney and Wal Mart Supercentre just around the corner!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Both of us have businesses so when we come here it is like a peaceful haven away from people,phones and traffic.We always spend our first day just relaxing in our lovely home away from it all!What is super about staying in the villa is that you don't have to vacate the bedroom by a certain time,don't have to be at breakfast between this time and that time,don't have to be at dinner etc. etc. Lazy days sunning yourself by the pool! Just please yourself - how wonderful!!Isn't this what a holiday should be?
