This house is located minutes from the Sioux Falls airport, the Denny Sanford Center, and to downtown. It offers 1 bedroom on the main with a new queen bed. The bathroom on the main has a bathtub and shower. The bathroom features a Bluetooth speaker in the light/ceiling fan. There is a full size bed and a futon with 2 mattresses to make it extra comfy. The lower level has an entertainment room with a brand new 70” smart TV. This property is located within walking distance to a restaurant directly behind the home and to a convenience store 1 block away. This house has been renovated from top to bottom.

Night out

We enjoyed a concert at the sanford center and the house was close by so made it easy to just walke back. The house was very clean and cozy. We all loved it and would definitely go back!

Very Comfortable and Clean.

Updated very nicely. Comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the downstairs accommodations and TV! Nice to have the separate space. Quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were friendly. Heather was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The property was very clean and nicely renovated. However, I would recommend that the property holder install some type of curtains or shades in the front bedroom windows for better privacy. The property worked well for us as it was close to the Sanford Heart hospital.

Quiet and Comfy

This is a nice clean place in a quiet part of town. If the neighbors are outside they say Hi. also very close to a convenience store.

WHS 60th class reunuon

We had a wonderful stay with my mom for her 60th class reunion. We ate breakfast at the cracked pot and really enjoyed it. Toured the falls and downtown - picked apples in Harrisburg and enjoyed the final day of the Sanford golf tournament. We loved coming home each day the only thing we were missing was an iron but it didn't matter we just loved our visit

This place was sweet with lots of thoughtful details. Comfortable bed and pillows. Sheets smelled great and all was very clean. Perfect place to lay a weary head. Host had great instructions. No complaints. Loved it.

Superb stay in Sioux Falls

Our family of 6 needed a place for 1 night and we left wishing we could enjoy this home more. It was immaculately clean, had modern and classy decor and was stocked with anything you would need! Great place

In town for an event & biking the trails with friends. Great location to Falls Park. House was very clean & comfortable for 4 of us. Nicely decorated. The host was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.
