There is fast wifi, off street parking for 2 vehicles, a fireplace, desk and washer/dryer combo. We are centrally located near downtown shopping and nightlife, 7 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes to Sanford PREMIER Center, and under 10 minutes from both hospitals. The house has all you need...you may never want to leave!

Tiny house was just as described. Living and kitchen on the main floor; bed loft and bathroom are up a spiral staircase. Kitchen and bath are well stocked with everything you'd expect.

The tiny house was very clean and works well for a couple. The house is cooled by a single window AC, so the loft bedroom was a bit warm but after the sunset, it cooled off. It’s close to downtown Sioux Falls and Falls Park. The Schlage deadbolt lock can be somewhat tricky when entering the four digit PIN without activating the back light on the keypad. In other words, only touch PIN numbers and nothing else. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful cozy very clean place . Excellent location to Denny Sanford stadium & downtown shops & restaurants. Neighborhood very quiet. The house was everything we needed to make this part of our vacation special. Would definitely stay here again!

This little house was very clean, very cute and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had basic supplies for fixing simple meals. The host replied immediately to any questions. We were attending a tournament at the Premier Center and this location was ideal.

It was just fine for one night.Pros:CleanCuteOwner very communicative Cons:Window air conditioning on first floor only, upstairs was stifling. To be fair, it was in the 90s outside and owner did drop off a fan.Neighborhood is pretty rundown. Definitely did not feel safe being outside.

Our host was awesome. She was easy to communicate with and was very punctual when we had any questions. The tiny home was very well appointed. It was easy to find and a great location for many attractions in Sioux Falls. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for our weekend stay. If we are planning a future weekend stay in Sioux Falls, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We stayed here for a wedding and were very happy with everything! The host was quick to respond with details/any questions and welcomed us to reach out if needed. The house was clean, so cute on the inside, and had absolutely anything we could have needed. It was a great home and listed at a great price. Would absolutely recommend if you’re in need of a place to stay!

The cutest! Bed was SO comfy! I Loved the shower! The entire experience was wonderful!! Also, want to mention the prompt response when I called for access late Friday night. I have told all my friends and family what a delightful tiny home this is!! Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place and very quiet area... I was working remotely in this house and had no issues. I thought the area was fine (another commenter mentioned the area as rundown), the house seems like they just built it. I had everything I needed. I did bring my own shampoo and soap.The AC was super chilly downstairs. It was hot a couple days but it seemed to cool the upstairs for me too. The fan was there by the bed also.It was perfect for me by myself. I would definitely rent here again if it was available
