Inviting & newly renovated home near parks and downtown!

Come enjoy your stay at the Terrace in downtown Sioux Falls! This newly remodeled home has three bedrooms with new queen sized beds and a queen size pullout couch, to accommodate up to 8 guests.

This home is centrally located in Sioux Falls to ensure that you are close to many attractions. Adventurous? You’ll be a mile from downtown for delicious restaurants, our famous statue walk and beautiful Falls Park. This house is also blocks away from the expansive Terrace Park/pool and unique Japanese Gardens. Concert goer? You’ll be a mile walk from the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Here to visit your college student/graduate? You’ll be blocks away from both Augustana and USF! Also, conveniently located near all major medical centers: Sanford Health, Avera, and The Veterans Hospital.

Experience all of the amenities we have to offer including a fully equipped kitchen, large living areas with an open concept, and single stall garage with additional street parking.

What a great house in a great location. Myself and 2 other adults stayed and we each had our own space - which we appreciated very much. Most importantly- we ALL loved the house!! Its friendly atmosphere and higher end appliances and finishes were welcoming. BTW - The downstairs shower was amazing!! The host’s communication were excellent.Highly recommend!!! In fact, we discussed staying again next year.

Not exciting on the outside but GREAT inside. Very clean with new appliances. Bathrooms & showers great with BIG plush towels. Beds are nice & comfortable & they don't even scrimp on the TP. They provide the good stuff! :-) The location was wonderful for what we were doing in town. Since an empty facial tissue box on the downstairs bathroom sink was really the only thing to complain about, obviously I rate this place as "outstanding". The only other comments I might make are that the kitchen island chairs are a little worn & could be replaced, & if you want to use the garage, don't drive in with anything larger than a Mini Cooper. Parking outside in front of the garage was fine except that when you park, be careful of a low, thin concrete strip separating the two sides of the garage driveway. Getting in & out of the car on the passenger side you need to be careful so you don't turn an ankle on this strip. Parking on the street would have been good too as there wasn't much traffic at all. I can’t remember using Vrbo before so I didn't know to check my email while there. The owner sent me some check-out instructions via email that I missed so I hope it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for him. Next time I'll know better. If I do Vrbo again (which I probably will because it worked out so great) I'll contact the owner for checkout instructions ahead of time, or know to check my email while there. We were so busy doing things on this trip I didn't check my email once. A!!

Great house with lots of updates. Appreciated the washer/dryer as we were in town for a tournament. Beds very comfortable and the location was close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute little home

The location was perfect for all of the places we needed to go with easy access to major roads and highways. Very clean and updated home with plenty of space for multiple guests. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms, especially the loft upstairs. Owner was very quick to respond to any issues or needs.

Cozy, Comfy and everything you need

We came to Sioux Falls for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for 6 adults to reconnect. We enjoyed the grill the kitchen had everything we needed. A great location to the airport and major freeways.

Fantastic Family Stay!

We literally couldn't be happier with our stay at "The Terrace." Host was communicative and helpful and the property itself exceeded expectations. Nice finishes, furniture and appliances. And generally just laid out very well for a small family. My wife and myself stayed in the downstairs bedroom with our 2 year old using the pack and play in the attached closet. (This is literally our ideal situation.) And our teenager really enjoyed having the loft bedroom all to herself. The living space on the main floor was excellent and even allowed us to host a few people for the Vikings game. The home had everything we could possibly have needed when it came to dishes, cookware, spices, toaster, etc etc. There's even a slow cooker with the baggies available. Sincerely, never been happier with a rental and we will certainly be trying to book again when we return next year.

Great location

Very comfortable and convenient location! The property was spotless. There were 3 of us and we each had our own floor. It was very modern and we had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the fireplace and tv. There were a lot of stairs to navigate. The decorating was cute and modern.
