The condo was perfect for me. It had an awesome view of the beach. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony. It was also within walking distance to town and restaurants. My son and his family were camping at the state beach, a short stroll down the boardwalk.

Loved where this condo was located. Beautiful views, right by the beach. In such a great spot near all of the great food places. Condo was also very clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the location! Great fun riding our Boogie Boards on the waves, playing Beach Volleyball and Horseback Riding on Summerland Beach! Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and ice cream at Rori's. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.

My family and I have come and stayed at this condo several times. We thoroughly enjoy the views and location. One suggestion we thought would help is to have more towels, especially beach towels. Prior years there have been more towels and blankets but I'm not sure why there has been a change. We will come back in the future!

Fun Beach Weekend!

We had a great time playing at the beach and visiting Santa Barbara! My six year old loved it and the location was amazing for family activities.

Spent the week on the beach with my family and had a nice time- condo was well-equipped with all you need and very comfortable. Couldn't beat the proximity to the beach - down the stairs and steps to the sand!

Family Vacation
