This gorgeously constructed cottage includes shiplap walls and ceilings of the highest quality construction throughout. Professionally decorated by Erin Deombeleg of Charlotte Hill Interiors. Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. Our stay was wonderful ! Ferries cancelled 1 of our 2 days stay , but we enjoyed the day we were there wishing the weather didn’t shorten our stay at this very beautiful place with beautiful views and a superb walking location to all the great things to do and see . This definitely was a highlight of our trip at such a beautiful place !

This is a lovely house in a very convenient location. Everything was clean. Appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Check in process was communicated on time and check out process was clear and easy.

Perfect Fall Stay

We’ve been coming to the island for many years and this is our second stay at one of Theresa’s cottages Located across the street from a small beach and a quick 5 minute walk into town, Polly Cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed to make for a perfect Nantucket fall getaway. Welcoming music, flowers and chocolates were thoughtful and added a nice touch. We look forward to staying at one of Theresa’s cottages again. Highly recommend these cottages.

Perfect getaway

Cottage was amazing! Clean, roomy, the beds were soo comfy and cozy, and i agree with a former review...best hairdryer ever! Theresa was fabulous! She responded wuickly and was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to town. It was the perfect family getaway!

2 day visit in Nantucket

Great property with easy access to downtown Nantucket. Beautifully decorated. We loved the location. An easy 10 minute walk takes you to the middle of the action. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there including beach chairs. My overall rating is 4.5 stars simply because of the construction next door. May not be an issue on the weekend.

Long weekend with friends in the Fall

Beautiful and immaculate facility. Great views, great location, comfortable bed. Perfect for 2-4 people. Note: it was initially difficult to get the code to enter from property manager. We were then able to connect with owner directly and received the code.

Great location to town!

Quaint New England home with all the amenities you would need for a lovely get-away to Nantucket. Close to town. BEST hair dryer of any hotel or rental property, including many 5-star hotels around the globe!

Beautiful house, very client, location off busy road

Really appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the interior decor was really nice. My only issue was the overly scented house and heavily scented bedding kept me awake. Had to open the windows to breath the fresh, salted air. I understand some people may like that, but there are many of us that prefer a natural clean smell, and many are sensitive to heavy fragrances. I guess that is why they don't use them in nice hotels.

Amazing Fall Getaway

This cottage provides everything you need and more with a fabulous location! The property is well laid out with all the Nantucket finishes with outdoor space as well. We so enjoyed bringing our dog and checking out the island- we’ll definitely be back!
