Vrbo was in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Host super responsive and check-in check-out super easy. Very spacious so had plenty of room to spread out for privacy. Beds very comfortable.Would have liked a separate thermostat on second level to control A/C.Only suggestion I have would be is to have paper products and dish/hand soap better stocked. With 4 adults staying for 6 nights we ran out very quickly. thank you for the great stay!

As a new townhouse home , it was fresh in every way. The location for us as cyclists to the pathways and Old Town was great. The garage for our car and bikes was beneficial . Note the garage length is tight for any large vehicle but we made our SUV work in

Home was comfortably furnished, and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of four. We especially loved learning how to play Skeetch! Convenient location close to Old Town. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse and found it to be the perfect home base for our visit. The neighborhood is ideal for us, with easy access to downtown, great dining and breweries, as well as the campus for visits with our CSU student. We’ve stayed in this area many times and always enjoy how quiet, peaceful, and neighborly it feels. The townhouse was comfortable, very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The furnishings made it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was excellent, and any questions or issues were handled quickly and with great service. The house truly met all of our needs, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful townhome!

Perfect location close to Old Town, looks exactly as it appears in photos. We loved staying here! Also really enjoyed the Skeech table!
