Beach Getaway

Easy to access, good parking, great beach views, all that we needed. Enjoyed the condo and it included all we needed for a four night stay.

Perfect for all ages!!

Myself, daughter and 2 granddaughters stayed here. We had the best vacation in years!! We usually go to Disney, but this was so enjoyable we are talking about making it a summer ritual.

Great place to stay

The unit was in a great location near the shopping center and is Ocean view as advertised. Unit is well stocked . The owner Maria was so attentive and responsive. Maria made sure my wife and I had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be staying there again. Thanks again Maria!

Host was accommodating. No extra garbage bags, limited towels, no dishwashing liquid, or facial tissues.Unit interior is dated and entrance hallway seems insecure and dark.

Craig I am sorry about the issues you complain, Garbage bags they are not supplied except just the one, towels are supply according how many guests and how long. This is not a Hotel and we dont supply tissues, napkins or cotton pads. Since we have a kitchen we supply 1 roll of paper towel and small bottle of dish soap enough for couple of days for guests that stay longer they have to buy their own. A bout the interior been out dated like I said is not a hotel so we dont change decor every so often we fix or replace items when we have to. About dark hallways I do not have control of it but I will mentioned to the COA there is security all night every night. In my listing I disclose all the amenities and there is many photos of what to expect. I am sorry I did not meet your expectations I hope that you enjoyed the races and had a good time.

Perfect Getaway

Maria was a wonderful host. She met us at the property to show us around. She offered to get us anything we needed, but the condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The location was great with many stores across the street. We can't wait to stay again!!!

Great condo

This condo was very nice. Most in the complex are studio, but this one is one bedroom. Early risers can have their coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean while late sleepers snooze behind a closed door. Bring soap and shampoo. (We’d been staying in hotels lately and forgot ours). No worries if you do, there’s a shopping center right across the street with a Walgreens, Publix, stores and restaurants. The condo is cute and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. You could truly park your car when you get here and not get back in it until it’s time to go home. Maria checks you in personally, shows you around and tells you all you need to know. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Stay in Northern Daytona Beach

Had a wonderful stay during an event weekend (Rockville 2022). Everything was as pictured and no issues during the stay, informational folder in the living room was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay a little further (but not too far) from the busier areas of Daytona Beach.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay. Having 2 queen beds was a major plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pools, and Tiki bar. Maria was very communicative and accommodating. The condo was well stocked and met all of our needs. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Best condo we have stayed at in Daytona

We stayed at Maria’s condo this week and let me tell you it felt like home. Maria is super nice and personally meets you at the room to go over everything to make sure you have everything you need. Room is super clean and feels huge. We will definitely be coming back again!! Resort is super nice and clean and the kids loved the outdoor pool. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! 5 stars

Great!

The owner Maria was so sweet and accommodating. She met us at the rental and checked us in personally. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. I would most definitely rent from her again.
