This 2nd floor, 1 bedroom condo has a king size bed, living room, and kitchenette. The living toom has 2 ottomans that convert to 2 twin size beds. Close to everything including Bass River Marina across the street with 2 restaurants and boat rentals. In the mood for the beach? Beautiful West Dennis beach is less than a 5 minute drive away. Popular Mayflower beach is less than 20 minutes north. Clean outdoor pool in case you want to stay close. 1 bathroom with shower to wash up after! Smart TV and internet for rainy days.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated and well equipped, plus a great location close to beaches and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely little condo

Such a nice experience to have a week in this little condo across from the Bass River. I do think it’s a perfect spot for a couple but, it was a little cramped with our 5 yr old grandchild in tow. The condo had all of the amenities and the pool was really nice, too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away. Great property owner, too! Very available for any issues but, luckily, there weren’t any.

Overall Location of the condo and pool are amazing!

Stayed for a week. Felt the condo was clean and would certainly stay here again! The pics are very accurate. Kitchens a little dated, but that gave us a chance to check out new restaurants in and around Dennis. Condo is across the street from a beautiful Marina! Within walking distance to a couple restaurants/bars. And the 'regular' unit owners in this complex are extremely inviting! POOL WAS PHENOMENAL!! And not that far from the unit.

Great location. We spent a lot of time at the beach. If we had wanted more time in our rental then I would have got a place where there was a porch or deck area. There are picnic tables in the common courtyard near the pool. The shower is a stand up shower. So may not work for younger kids but was fine for my 7 and 10 year. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom, bonus its king size! Kitchen is perfect for prepping breakfast and packing up your lunch for the beach. I would recommend planning on going out to dinner or ordering in. Last fridge is a dorm fridge. Again perfect for holding breakfast a lunch items. A larger fridge and private outside area balcony would be great adds to this rental! I still give it 5 stars!

Nice small place conveniently located

This review would have been 4-5 stars but for the exorbitant security deposit. For our stay we were charged at the time of booking 200% of the total cost of the rental. VRBO default security deposit policy is to simply hold your credit card number until 14 days after the rental. For owners who want to charge a refundable damage deposit the recommended amount is 10%-50% of the listing price (VRBO FAQ item 44). The deposit was returned 2 weeks after our stay in accordance with vrbo policies. We essentially gave the owner a generous one month interest free loan. The apartment was charming and well maintained. Kitchen small but fairly well equipped, would have been nice to have a larger size pot for boiling lobster or steaming clams, If you don't mind loaning the owner some of your money for a few weeks, this is a nice place to stay in.

Hi Allen, thank you for your review. When you book my listing, you have a choice to purchase property damage insurance for $59 OR to hold $1500 deposit for up to 14 days after checkout. I agree the hold is much higher than I would expect but please know that I have no control over this setting as it is controlled by VRBO. Also, I do not receive any of this money, VRBO holds it until I release it. I released the deposit 12 days after you checked out. My apologies for the inconvenience and will contact VRBO to see if these settings can be adjusted.

Very nice.

The Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. When we had questions about the TV (A very nice one) the owner was very punctual and helpful. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is very pretty. The people we met at the complex were friendly and accommodating. We have been visiting the cape for over 30 years and this was one of the best places we've stayed.

Wonderful place

Condo was very nice, stayed there with family for a week. Great location on Cape very central to all towns on Cape Cod. Keith the owner kept in touch all week to make sure all was good. Residents at Condo were all very inviting. Would recommend it to anyone looking and will stay there again. Ron
