Brand New modern 3 story home with fenced in yard! Outdoor hot tub and firepit

This is a brand new 2021 modern home with gorgeous light and views of the mountains from every room. It is a 3 story home with a large fenced in back yard and in an ideal location to explore Utah. We are at the entrance to Hidden Valley Golf and Country club and minutes to some of the most beautiful hikes and mountains in the area. There is a convertible pool table/pingpong table in the garage and an arcade downstairs to keep the kids or adult kids busy. Outdoor hot tub, fire pit and traeger grill. Beautiful in every season

The space

Family Ski Trip

The house was the perfect size for our family. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood which was very convenient to the skiing. Thanks again to our host Carol we will definitely book again.

Great location and accommodations to ski both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons and easily over to Park City and even north of SLC to ski areas there. Hostess was fantastic.

Stuff left everywhere in closets

The house was lovely. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned out. There was peoples clothes in the closets and kind of everywhere. It makes it hard for someone to come in and feel at home when someone’s else’s stuff is occupying. At $500+ a night, It’s a major. Someone arriving one night and parking a car in the driveway and leaving was a little disconcerting.

Very nice house and great location

House was perfect for our family ski trip with 7 family members from 9 to 70. Very clean and comfortable house with great mountain views. Perfect location for getting to all of the area ski resorts.

Carol is a great communicator! Check in / check out were very easy. The house is gorgeous and the views from everywhere were in credible. The house was fully stocked with everything you expect for a very comfortable stay. The pool/ping pong table, darts, video and family games were a blast. We also loved the jacuzzi and firepit. The house is located perfectly for easy access to all that Utah has to offer. We highly recommend this home. There is nothing else we could of asked for.
