Adorable and comfortable in a great location

This is such an adorable apartment! It was clean and cozy. It was perfect for my daughter, myself and our dog. We felt safe and enjoyed the historic neighborhood and close proximity to the park. Cheesman Park it's such a lovely place to exercise, relax or stop at the cafe. Everything about our stay was lovely!

There are so many opportunities to walk to amazing parks and resturants. It also gave a perfect landing spot for hicking and attractions in the mountains!

Great little basement unit

Super awesome spot in a great neighborhood in Denver. The hosts were gracious and we had a nice time, very comfortable bed and nice to have a washer/dryer available on our road trip. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Only negative is more lighting is needed near steps down to apartment and around the side of the hoyse. Hard to navigate at night.

Perfect place to stay near concert venues on Colfax

Stayed 1 nite so we didn't have to drive home to Fort Collins after a concert. Easy walking distance to the Ogden, Fillmore, etc.....and close to a very nice park. Affordable, clean, good communications. What's not to like!!?

Amazing location and amenities!!

This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Very dog friendly. Located right by Cheesman Park. Easy to walk around and wall your dog, which we did multiple times. The hosts were kind and respected our privacy at all times. Fully stocked kotchen allowed us to cook all meals to save money.

Perfect for a weekend in Denver. Myself and three friends attended a couple events around Denver and this central location was close to everything. The hosts are attentive and this garden level apartment had all the necessities. They welcomed our large dog, who enjoyed the yard and lounging in the air conditioner (we stayed during a heat wave). Would recommend!

Beautiful place, gorgeous neighborhood

My husband and I were in Denver visiting our son and this was a perfect spot for us. The location couldn't be better, with very close proximity to Cheesman Park and a beautiful neighborhood for walking. The apartment was all that we needed, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and couch (you'd be surprised how few rentals have good couches!), and very nice extra touches (like bottled water, plenty of coffee/tea, and little snacks). Thank you - we had a wonderful time and will plan on visiting again.

Cozy and perfect

This was the perfect apartment for a three day stay in Denver. My trip was a mix of work and play, and there was a comfortable place to set up my laptop and log some hours. The bed was very comfortable (No microfiber sheets!) and the living area cozy and sweet. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with the park a half a block away. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were extremely and helpful when I requested an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again!

Yikes, I don't understand how this location has such good reviews. When we arrived it did not look like it has been cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners, wet laundry in the washer, and things were broken. We went to put the pullout couch together for the night and found stained pillows, stained mattress protector, and NO sheets. We decided to leave at 9:30pm and told the owners. They didn't respond until 24 hours later when I reached out again to make sure they knew we were no longer on the property. I requested a refund and we are waiting to find out if we will be refunded. The location was fine, but Colfax is sketchy and close to the property so be aware of that. The actual street this is on was quiet though we could not easily find parking as advertised.

Great location

We were in town to visit our daughter who lives close by. Perfect location to be able to walk to see her, walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The only time we had an issue with parking was when we got back to the neighborhood after 11 pm. Parked a street over by a school and then moved it before 8 am the next morning. Apartment was exactly as depicted in description and pictures.

Private and Easy Access

Older neighborhood easy to get to coffee and a park. We didn’t have a car so didn’t have to use street parking. Easy private entrance for apartment and felt safe and secure. The coffee pot wasn’t working but coffee shops are in the area.

The space is cute with a lot of potential and in a good location. Unfortunately the host isn't keeping up the home. The toilet was broken and the heater in the bedroom was broken (or hard to use and no response when I reached out for help). Our stay was at a very cold time of year so we all 3 ended up sleeping in the living room on the fold out couch bed. The other issue that contributed to us checking out after only sleeping there as necessary was how dirty it was. The fold out couch had layers of animal hair and stains all over the cushions. When opening the bed part, there was dirt and hair and food particles inside of the furniture. The leather chair was so dirty that I laid dish towels (the only clean item in the home because they were just purchased) on the areas my body would touch. We bought sanitizing wipes and cleaned the areas we were as much as we could because we got in late and had to sleep there. The carpet was dirty as well. The lines aren't encased in any type of covers to keep sanitary and they were soiled. The closet where the linens are kept smells like a 20 year old pillow that was never cleaned due to the linens age and dirtiness. There is a vacuum cleaner in the closet but when I turned it on to use it I realized it was so full of hair and dirt that it was only making everything more dirty. The next morning we were woken up early to loud walking above us. While I love the sound of little one's pitter patter footsteps, it was not ideal at a vacation stay
