I know the house is old but the cleanliness was not there. Dishes were dirty and put back into cabinets the floors were dirty when we arrived. The view was amazing and my kids loved the cats that were on the property.

The view from this place was absolutely spectacular. The accommodations were great. Would highly recommend staying there. Owner was great and available for any questions you may have.

Perfect place!

We stayed for our son’s college graduation from Carolina and had a wonderful time! House and location were perfect for a family of 5 and a few day guests. Would definitely book again should the opportunity rise.

Quaint and cozy

My family of 7 (mostly young adults) enjoyed this lake house. View is mesmerizing and so relaxing. Everything we needed for our stay. Grilled on the patio while enjoying the breeze and view of the lake.

Peaceful Place

The view was amazing and very relaxing. The sleeping rooms were just perfect for our family group. We enjoyed playing games at the large dining table. Sadly, the weather was not good, and we were only there for two nights. It did have quite a few odds and ends in closets, doors and drawers.

Lake Time

Amazing mornings beautiful nights

Just went to a couple of nights, not much to do in the area, views of the lake were spectacular, house wasn't quite what we hoped. Weather was too cool to spend as much time outside as we wanted.

Mark thank you for staying with us again. We do love when we have guest that return. I do apologize greatly for the home not being as clean this time as it was previously. I had a change in cleaning companies right before you came and unfortunately this one was not up to yours or my expectations. However, when you choose to stay with us again, I have a cleaning company that has just started and they are wonderful. Thank you for your honest feedback and for letting me know. After I spoke with you I immediately looked to fix the cleaning situation.

My parents primarily stayed here for my wedding week however we also used the location for my rehearsal dinner. The host was by far the friendliest and helpful host I’ve ever encountered. She was so sweet with allowing us to host the dinner at the location and was beyond helpful when our original plans fell through. She took it upon herself to help us until we had a

Weekend get away

Cute, quaint, clean 1960’s home. My only suggestion is to add a regular bed to the bunk room or ditch the bunks and add regular beds .

Fishing trip

Leigh Ann was quick to respond to all of our questions and made the check in process easy. The property is well equipped with everything you need and is beautiful with a super fantastic view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can see a lot of wildlife wandering around. There were four adults there for a fishing trip. We would definitely highly recommend this property and we will stay there again.
