Welcome to sunny Mayport! You will be just a short walk to the Saint Johns River to fish and enjoy the scenery! Conveniently located next to the Mayport Boat Ramp. Take the boat out to the jetties or to Fort George Island. Boat parking available. Within walking distance of some of the best seafood in Jacksonville! The house is three blocks from the Mayport Ferry! Take a quick ferry ride across the St Johns River to Fort George Island. Also conveniently located near the Mayport Naval Station.

My house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy cooking a big meal for the whole party! The back yard is fully fenced in so you can enjoy the privacy and the outdoor spot to play games and hang out.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-In upon arrival.

The house is located right next to the Mayport Naval Station so you will hear planes coming and going!

Over all clean, well maintained, and 5 minutes from Mayport ramp if that. Super convenient since we were there to fish. Definitely would hope to stay there again. Helicopters were a minor concern.

Great spot, exactly what we wanted

Came into town for a quick weekend trip. Property is located close to local seafood restaurants and easy access to Base or Hannah park. The house had plenty of room, was clean, and the A/C worked like a champ!!!! Thanks for the great weekend.

Mayport Village: (Nearby: Fishing Beach Military Base)

Our family wanted an entire home near Mayport Naval Station and this house did not disappoint! This home was very nicely decorated with a beach motif and was very clean. The house is located near the St. Johns River and Ferry boat for easy access to ride across the river. Within walking distance is a delightful neighborhood coffee shop and a seafood restaurant with seats right near the river! We loved hearing the helicopters from the naval base all around us and enjoyed watching their training. The owner of the house was extremely timely in her responses to any of our questions--she was very helpful. We would highly suggest this vacation home for families and even if you have pets--it's very pet friendly. We will definitely be back!

Darling cottage

Adorable cottage in the heart of Mayport within walking distance to seafood restaurants. Very close to the ferry so make a trip across that for more fun on that side of the river. Plenty to do and see. Less crowded over there and lots of parks to go to and beaches to drive on. Head to Hanna Park by the Naval Station for a great beach if you want something close by. The house was comfy as were the beds. Cute place in a great location.

The home is super cute, comfortable, and clean. It's located close to great fishing spots (also close to the best seafood market and restaurant if you don't catch anything lol). Jamie is super responsive if you have any questions r concerns she's a great host.

Quick Beach Work Trip

Cute little house located just a short drive to anywhere. We were very impressed with how up to date and clean everything was. The tiniest detail was thought of and truly appreciated that! We could have stayed much longer, felt like home!

Home away from Home in Mayport, Fl.

I brought my elderly mother and my 9 year old nephew to visit my sister and her family that are stationed at the Mayport naval base. My brother from Texas also joined us for part of the week. This property met the needs of all of us staying at the house. The accessibility was great for my mother who has mobility issues and my nephew loved the house and walks in the neighborhood, including a visit from an ice cream truck. For me it was a very comfortable place to rest and relax. The distance to the naval base was perfect for visiting my sister’s family as well as a short drive to a public beach. Jamie was very responsive to all my inquiries. The house is truly a comfortable home away from home.

Cutest rental in Mayport

This is my second year staying in this lovely home. Everything you could possibly need other than food is provided. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the decor in the house gave a very calming vibe. The ferry is right there, so you have access to all kinds of beaches, and neat historical sites. I hope to return next year! Check in and check out is super easy, and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Florida getaway

The house was fine. The area was a little sketchy. The restaurant down the street did not have good seafood, so we were disappointed. Didn’t know about Hannah Park until we were leaving, so we drove long distances to find a beach. The Escape Room in Jacksonville was the highlight of our trip.

The perfect vacation home!

My husband and I chose this house for a quiet week away from work and other responsibilities of life- and we were very happy with our choice of places to stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and accommodating of what we needed to make it a home for the time we were there. Quiet location that was close to everything we wanted to do. Restaurants, stores and beaches. It was a perfect place to end a day out. Jaimie checked in on our first day to make sure we were happy and was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely consider this location again when we come back.

One of the best houses I’ve stayed at in Jacksonville

This is now my 4th time, maybe 5th, using this house. And it is always amazing to stay at! Jamie is always responsive with everything and if there’s any issues, which I haven’t had any yet, she deals with them immediately.

Family Emergency trip

Unfortunately, the purpose of this trip was a sad one. My mother passed away, and I had to make funeral arrangements. Staying at this house, which was quite lovely, clean, and comfortable, helped because it was one less thing I had to worry about. I think the hosts for their accommodations, and I would definitely suggest this house as a rental

Good time

We enjoyed our stay. Taking the ferry to Ft. George and hanging out on Little Talbot was the highlight. The beds were comfy. My only recommendation is oils be 100% cotton sheets, the current sheets are microfiber which are comfy, but make you sweat!!!!
