Newly remodeled BEACHFRONT condo with unobstructed sunset/ocean views. This is a top floor unit In a 2 story building, with 2 exterior decks and private front porch/entry. Perks of choosing this unit to stay include gated resort with pool, tennis courts, and par 3 golf course (all included free of charge).

Unit has fully functional kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and full size washer and dryer. Amenities to include cable and internet (wifi included). Sleeps 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) with use of new living room queen sleeper sofa and cute cot sized bunk beds. Master bedroom has newly replaced king-size bed and sunset/ocean views.

Perfect condo on the beach!

The condo was right on the beach and was in a great location! Our family had a great time and will definitely be back! Aaron and Ingrid were the best hosts and really put a lot of thought into the space and amenities. Highly recommend this property for a family of 4 like mine or a couple looking for a memorable vacation!

Awesome Beach Location

Our favorite unit at Sandpiper Cove by far. It's clean, has a wonderful location, and has everything you will need for the best vacation! The ocean/beach views from the balcony can't be beat and the sound of the waves are so relaxing. The owners are the BEST! Very accommodating and quick to respond when communicating with them. Book this unit, you won't be disappointed!

Life is a beach in deed

Condo was just as pictured. Love the upgrades. House keeping did a great job with the cleaning, absolutely nothing to complain about. Easy check in and easy check out. I love the welcome gifts. Condo had everything we needed. The view and chair service was definitely an added bonus. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and would not mind staying again.

BREATH TAKING VIEWS OF THE BEACH!

If you love the beach this is the place to be. You can't beat private beach access with chairs and umbrellas waiting for you on the beach. The views are something out of a beach calendar. The place is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Aaron (the owner) is awesome to deal with and was very accomdating and responsive. He even went out of his way to get us a blender as the unit did not orignally have one. We defintley will be coming back to this property on our next visit to Destin.

Perfect Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed in this cute little condo for our honeymoon! It was very spacious for a one bedroom condo and it was very cute and clean inside. It’s in the perfect central location to everything you could possibly want to do in the area. It is beach front and just a short walk to the tiki bar. The owner was great to communicate with! They even decorated with rose petals and a free bottle of wine. Best host experience I’ve had ever, and the best honeymoon spot we could have asked for! W e will definitely be back!

Gem on the beach

My husband and I had a great time at this beautifully decorated condo.Everything was easy to do from check in to check out.Aaron was very easy to deal with and was very quick on replying back.There was nice surprises upon your arrival such as a bottle of wine and snacks on counter along with robes etc on tray waiting for you on the bed.Very nice touches and very much appreciated!Would rent this beautiful place again!:)As you walk in you will fall in love with the awesome view of ocean and white sand!We have been to Destin 4 times now and this condo was the nicest one we have stayed in.Cant wait to go back!Thanks Aaron for making our stay awesome! Breath taking views

This condo was amazing, Just as advertised. The view was spactacular and the property is close to a ton of shops and resturauants the host was terriffic and very responsive. 5 stars all around.

Lovely designed condo at Sandpiper Cove

Our stay at this wonderful condo was a delight. Communication with the owner was fast and easy from the moment we booked. The check-in and check-out process was easy and and well documented. But most of all the condo is just a lovely place that has been wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beachfront location is amazing and the views from the balcony was great. We saw lots of dolphins from up there. We have stayed at several Sandpiper condos over the years and loved this one the most. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

Everything was perfect! Less than a minute walk to the beach! Easy accessibility! Close to everything we needed! Overall 5stars!!!! The view of the ocean from the balcony is awesome! Will definitely be back!

Above expectations!

The owners have really gone above and beyond and have thought of everything! Everything was so great! We feel a little spoiled now after coming here and being greeted with snacks and drinks, a sweet personalized note, and stocked with all the essentials we needed during our stay like plenty of tp, paper towels, coffee supplies, beach towels and even beach toys! The condo has the most amazing view 😍 and is updated and decorated absolutely adorable!! The king size bed was SO comfy, and our kids loved the bunks! The location is also close to everything both directions. The owners are so nice and accommodating, quick to respond, I have no doubt if you had any issues they'd be quick and happy to get it resolved. We will definitely return! ❤️

A great retreat!

My husband and I try to get away in February every year for a little down time before Spring, our busy time of the year. We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove for years but had never stayed there on the beach side. This unit was perfect with amazing views and a deck that faced the beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean and just as described with lots of little extras like a welcome snack and bottle of wine. The owners have gone way above in the little details that made us comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

Destin Vacation

Unit was nicely decorated. View from the balcony of the beach and evening sunsets can not be beat! Owners were very responsive making a smooth vacation stay. This is my favorite unit that we have stayed in at Sandpiper Cove by far. Can’t wait to come back!
