Hilton Head offers something for everyone if you want to just relax on the beach or have a full schedule of events. Here, you are in the middle of it all. Close to shopping at and dining Coligny Plaza. Get a charter for fishing or sailing, access to wave runners, dolphin tours, and parasailing at Harbour Town. Don't forget the 225 miles of bike paths on the island full of science views and easy-to-ride locations. A couple of bikes are provided to use. If that's not enough you can easily rent bikes right up the street.

When you open the door it will feel like home. Great access to Golf and beaches, this property is perfect. Plenty of room for privacy and everyone gets a bathroom!

Our stay at the Lazy Dog villa was fantastic. The villa was clean, spacious and centrally located on HHI. The onsite pool is very nice and easy access to the beach by the Sonesta Resort. This is our 2nd time staying in the Shipyard gated community. Once again we were able to see the resident alligator outside the pool! Amazing!

Absolutely loved it, Shipyard for the win!

If you’re looking for an amazingly relaxing vaca…the lazy dog villa checks the boxes! This place had a great kitchen including a Keurig and coffee pot, 2 sinks and lots of stuff to make what you want. The open layout had lots of space but still felt cozy with a nice big comfy couch overlooking a picture window to see plenty of wildlife around the pond but the gem was the completely screened patio. We opened the doors to enjoy the breeze in the dining room and sitting on the patio and having morning coffee with my pooch was the best. All 3 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, they were all roomy and not cramped, the deck off the kids twin bedroom was great to enjoy as well. The unit was the cleanest we have stayed at so far in the last 7 places and it was very quiet as you are near the end of the complex. Lastly, I appreciate good, timely communication as a renter and I was so happy thru out the entire process and stay that we definitely will come back here again!

Great Location & Comfortable

We had a great stay at this property! It was just as advertised. The best part was its location. Shipyard is right next to Sea Pines and Coligny Circle. Communication with the owner was phenomenal. We hope to stay again.

Short stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend and absolutely loved it!! It’s was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and close to the beach. The screened in porch overlooking the pond was the best. We are already planning our next visit sometime this summer. Highly recommend

Spring Break

Had a great 3 night stay. Great home with lots of space for the six of us. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Very clean and nicely stocked kitchen, linens and blankets. Enjoyed the board games in the evening. Brought our own pickleball paddles and balls. Super fun to step outside and have the courts right there. Really enjoyed the use of 2 bikes. Easy bike to the beach or around Shipyard. Beds were comfortable too. Communication with owner was great. No issues. Definitely recommend this home.

Great Hilton Head stay!

Every year my two brothers and our families get together for Thanksgiving dinner. The location varies as we are all in different parts of the country. This year we had our Thanksgiving at this property on Hilton Head. It was a wonderful time and everybody enjoyed themselves. The kitchen was easy to make Thanksgiving dinner in and the entire place had great views. Will probably stay there again!

Great location!!

Overall great experience (minus the tropical storm). Large living area on the main floor which was great for family dinners and relaxing. Easy access to the beach and close to the pool. Would definitely book again! Thanks!!

Great long weekend

Enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend during RBC Heritage! Very comfortable for 6 adults- each bedroom with its own bathroom is a great feature. Very comfortable living room- room for all of us. Host communication was excellent! Even got a visit from 4 deer just outside the condo!

Traditional Christmas Getaway

Lovely neighborhood and condo property…..nice flow inside the unit. Close to everything on Wm Hilton Pkwy. Enjoyed the stay very much! My family who met us there felt the condo felt like a single family home and not a condo. Cheers to Lazy Dog Villa!

Great condo in Hilton Head

The condo in the Shipyard development was right on point. The communication with the hosts was excellent. Every inquiry was responded to in minutes. The unit is well maintained. It has all the features for a wonderful family visit. The unit is alittle dated but everything is clean and in working order. The development is beautiful and close to everything in Hilton Head. Highly recommended!!!

Quiet and convenient

The Shipyard location was very quiet with easy access to all our favorite spots. Although we did t use them, there’s a tennis and a pickle ball court with yards. The townhouse style villa was well laid out, with a nice lagoon just outside the screened in porch, which was a nice spot for morning coffee.

Great stay in HHI

Great size for our family to stay while attending a wedding. Close to Coligny Beach and grocery stores. Parking passes weren’t ready at gate but by no fault to owner/host. It was an issue with the resort, Chad was quick to fix the issue and was great at communicating and checking in. Would book again!
